    • @KiLLJOY1056
      @KiLLJOY1056 Před rokem +9

      First, get a rag or duster and clean your workspace area very very good. Next, a lot of the dust is actually coming from your shirt, so you should either where a rubbery rain coat, bathing suit, or just take your shirt off if your a guy. I know it sounds silly, but just a small movement of your shirt can spew dust all over your screen. This is one of the most common problems. Once that is clean, You need to get a towels wet with very hot water and leave it out for a few on the desk before doing the installation. This will collect most of the dust in that area. Then you should be all set to get started. Wear a mask, Using a microfiber cloth, and a special thin sticker to pick up all debris that the cloth is leaving. With the correct sticker it shouldn’t leave any marks, dab, don’t swipe or rub with the sticker.
      Put your phone in Horizontal to install from side to side rather than top to bottom. Try to do it in one quick motion, from the side facing up to the side facing down.
      I know it sounds crazy but I used to struggle with this problem very bad as my office is dusty as heck, and I have so many devices, so now they all have a perfect screen protector without a single drop of dust or particle in any of them.

      I do mine in the bathroom AFTER a hot shower. The steam settles the dust to the floor. I use the si 👍lk cloths provided and wipe it clean with alcohol. Then another run with the cloth. I align the protector up with the proper alignment, then use scotch tape on the left side. Lift off the protective layer, give a sharp blow to the screen to remove any stray dust particles. Close the protector like a book and it's already aligned.

    The only catch is, glass is more resistant to scratches than hidrogel. Anyway, you need to replace them from time to time (or, if you are fortunate, never)

    Hydrogel is a fancy name for plastic screen potectors. Same product or even worse but you pay way more for plastic "screen" over the top of your phone.
    1) its single use.
    2) over time it accumulates dust beneath the peeling plastic and eventually peels itself off. LOL
    3) it does NOT protect your screen from cracks
    4) it MAY protect your screen from scratches
    5) its more expensive than glass screen protectors
    6) its harder to install than glass screen protectors
    7) buy an actual screen protector (not hydrogel)
    8) it dulls the screen you're looking at
    9) it smudges easily
    10) its a finger print magnet
    11) it doesnt work well in direct sunlight compared to glass
