More happiness is coming
I am not learning Polish, but instead Czech, and unfortunately there aren't as many resources to do so online like there are for Polish. However I can sometimes apply what I hear about Polish to Czech. So thank you for your very clear and thoughtful explanation of pronoun changes. I've never seen it explained like this. Amazing job!
and I thank you for this lovely comment :) Good luck with Czech!
I’m from Chile, and currently learning polish. This channel is amazing and how you teach polish grammar is great. Good job.
❤
This helped me a lot as I am learning Polish from the scratch. Thank you very much. Love and Respect from🇳🇵Nepal.

Thank you so very much for this video. I took a Polish class one day a week here for 9 months and I still struggle with these changes. I’m doing an online course now that the live class is over and this video really helped simplify the thought process of making the changes in my head while constructing my sentences. It’s still a struggle but you’ve helped a lot with these short and easy to understand lessons.
I'm glad I could help! You just have to practice it and after some time it will be no-brainer :) Good luck!
Loved the chart! Helped a lot! Thank you

Cases are not that difficult. Use and click on declension. It follows the same pattern .Make sentences of each variation and it will become clear. en.wiktionary.org/wiki/pies#Polish
Excellent, great job! Thank you for creating these videos, Jarek!
Thank you and you're welcome!

Your way of teaching is very helpful thanks Mister
Thanks! Great presentation :)
Dzięki!
This video made it so easy to understand, very good method! Thank you so much :)
Using a green marker to write the possessive pronouns in English, then keeping the same color for the corresponding Polish possessive pronouns is an excellent idea. It really helps.
Very clear and good explanation! Thank you very much!
It’s very useful for me in learning Polish. Thank you. :)
You're welcome! :)
Thanks for the lesson!
Nie ma za co! :)
Wow, you are a great teacher!
It's so great method to teach the Polish grammar , I think one of the difficulties to learn Polish is how to determine the gender from muscular or feminine .
Keep going Jarek , we are waiting the next grammar lesson.
there are some patterns, which may help you distinguish the gender of the noun. In one sentence - In most cases masculine nouns end with a consonant, feminine with 'a' and neutral with 'o'. There are exceptions of course, but still, many nouns follow this rule :)
I bought your noun declension book. I look forward to studying. Thank you!
Dziękuję, to jest bardzo jasne i pomocne
Nie ma za co! Cieszę się, że Ci się podoba :)

This is a good video and explains Polish grammar well. I've been using Duolingo to learn Polish but you video is making it easy. Is there a order/list of these video to watch? thanks
This video is fantastic!! Thank you!!
Will you record more video? Because i really like your way of teaching!!
Thank you. This was great!
Dzięki!
Jarek, great video, great quality stuff! I have a question. Female plural personal/impersonal do not exist?
The distincion between personal and impersonal nouns is made only to help explain the grammar. In reality you can divide nouns in many ways. It is up to you. I guess different books will show you different distincions. There are no specific rules, which you have to follow. Language is something alive and linguistics and scientists only try to do their best to find some rules, explanations and patterns in the language. So, if you want, you can create two artificial groups: female plural personal (eg. kobiety) and female plural impersonal (eg. książki) but does it have sense here? :) The endings are the same ;)
Very appreciated for this video.
Your teaching is very clear and useful!;)
The BEST explanation in all of the internet!! Lol thank you for this.
Great explaining. Thanks
Fantastic lesson. Please could you try do more videos.
Thanks a lots
Thanks Robin! I'm planning to record new videos after I finish working on the website for this channel. You can check it out if you want! courseofpolish.com/ There are grammar articles, polish vocabulary and plenty of interactive exercises.
Great video! Thank you for this video! It is really fantastic although the topic is very difficult, I think!👍
Dzięki!
Dude, you are absolutely awesome! No doubt!
But, maybe you bother making also a "training" video for each such theory?
Cus training alone it is so easy to get messed up and confused.
We could take some popular words like car, house, phone, mb some more (depending on how much time it takes for you)
It is just more chance to get this information correctly up in the head if someone who knows what he is doing guids you through the first tries.
No matter if you do what I ask for or not - your videos are gold! Thank you!

here is video with training ;)
Really enjoyed this video thank you very much . I love your technique easy to follow and take notes I've only just discovered you and have been struggling with grammar for ages . I look forward to watching more videos .

Really helpful thank you bro. You seem to be very intelligent!
Thank you so much, finally i can see bright :)
Wspaniale!
I can't wait for the next video :D
I'll work on it this weekend. I guess on Monday it will be available :)
I am so thankful I found your video, it is very good. If you answer questions, I am wondering if dog is masculine always, and mouse is always feminine, or if it depends on the sex of the actual animal?
pies is always masculine. For feminine dog we have separate word "suka". But it is also a curse word, so be careful :) Mysz is always feminine. There are a couple of animals, that have two different names depending on the sex.
Super nice! thank you :)
You're welcome!
I'm so excited to learn it, for sure I'm happy coz I gained something
great video, thank you so much

Thank yo for the table. I just am confused what is a “nominative” case ?
Cases are different forms of the same noun/adjective/pronoun etc. There are 7 of them in Polish. Nominative Case is the first case in the Polish language. It is the case used in dictionaries. You can read detailed information about all the cases on my website. Here is the article about Nominative Case courseofpolish.com/grammar/cases/nominative-case/introduction
It's awesome!
Dzięki!
thank you very helpful
Dzieguje bardzo!

Thank you very much
dziekuje bardzo za lekcji
Dzień dobry.
Ja uczę się teraz języka polskiego.
Mieszkam w Afryce i mam nauczyciela tutaj.
Anyway, my biggest problem is not remembering a noun's gender, but knowing which case to use.
At 3:50 you say that the verb widzieć needs przypadek Biernik.
But why? Which other (types of) verbs "need" Biernik and why?
I understand that Mianownik answers "kto and co" and that Biernik answers "kogo and co", but how do you know that it's "co" from Biernik and not "co" from Mianownik?
Hope you can assist me.
Dziękuję.
Hi Manus. Each case has some specific use cases, so sometimes you can guess which case should be used after a verb. Unfortunately very often you just have to learn it by heart. There are no strict rules. Even for Polish people, the cases are sometimes hard and we do mistakes. Especially with Genitive and Accusative Cases, because both have the same question "kogo". I've created for you a table with verbs and example sentences on my website. You can check it here courseofpolish.com/grammar/cases/cases-after-verbs/list-of-verbs It's not very extensive, but better than nothing :D You can also find articles about cases usage on the website.
Good job l wait
The vibeo about the gender of object and noun
Thanks, I will upload the video about noun gender this week :)
Dzięki !
Dzieki 👍🏻👍🏻
Nie ma za co!
Holy buggery, that is sooooo simple! Big hugs, thankyou (sigh)
bravo. Co jest super wideo.
Thank you, I really appreciate your job, I have a question about "this", you say "to jest pies" (this is a dog) and "ten piest jest... " (this dog is) Why do you change "to" into "ten" if both mean the same Word: THIS
English is strange here and allows to use "this" in both sentences. "to = it/this" and "ten = the/this"
It is../This is... = To jest...
The dog is.../This dog is... = Ten pies jest...
@@courseofpolish Thank you, I understand now.
The case change derives from latin. This is my dog means that something is something else. So you are linking the description to the actual subject of the phrae. When YOU see something, the subject is you that is seeing something, the object of the phrase. Wonderful lesson!
Polish is very hard even for Polish. Trust me and good luck in learning ✨
