Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. Kapit lang, it'll happen. If timelines are correct, konting kembot na lang talaga. If I may give you unsolicited advice, try mo mag email sa NVC inquiry page just to ask about your petition. You can also draft a letter for expedite request - kahit wala ka reason, kahit reason mo lang ay to spend time with family and you've waited blah blah basta heartfelt lang. (Madami resources online on how to draft an expedite letter) Kahit pa ma-reject yung expedite, hindi naman ma-apektuhan ang petition mo :) Tas halimbawa, fingers-crossed, magkakaron ka na ng welcome letter na na hinihingi ang mga civil documents mo both you and your petitioner, gawin mo na agad, wala na patumpik-tumpik para mas una ka sa pila sa congratulations letter :)

How long u got visa ? How many year full process??
I have a friend who was petition by her Mom (greencard holder) way back Oct 2011. He was 26 yrs old at that time. Kararating lang niya last June 2023. Then another example iyong Sister-In-Law ko who was petitioned by my Mother-In-Law (greencard holder din) last Oct 2017. She was 20 yrs old at the time when her Mom started the petition. Tapos binigyan siya ng noticed 2 yrs ago na maghintay na lang ng VISA at interview, dahil sa pandemic inabot ng matagal like everyone else. Ngayon nakuha na niya iyong interview date 1 month ago and she passed her inteview last Dec 6, 2023. We did not use any attorney to expedite the petition, regular filing lang. Delay pa nga ako ng few months mag pass ng mga requirements ng sister-in-law kasi ako taga scanned ng documents nya. Pero bakit sa iyo natagalan kung same situation lang kayo na minor ng sister-in-law ko at the time of the petition?

@@bbhfbb338 My sister-in-law's priority date July 12, 2017. Visa Class FX2. Minor sya same as her, pero bakit sobrang tagal. So i'm guessing na nag over aged na si Cyra, tsaka palang pinasa ang petition at umabot ng mahigit 10 taon just like my friend na kararating last June 2023. That is my only guess.
My Sister-in-Law's birthday is May 1997. So pinasa ko na iyong documents bago sya mag 21 yrs old. At inasikaso lahat ng requirements. Pag nag reply ang NVC kung anong kailangan pa through their website, which i always check, ibinibigay ko iyong document within 1-2 weeks. Pero my time na hindi ko na check ang website ng NVC at inabot ng mahigit 1-2 months bago ko na submit ang documents. Basta i make sure na inasikaso ko lahat bago sya mag 21 yrs old. But then again, we can upload everything sa website ng NVC, kaya convenient lang. I'm not sure kung available ba iyong option na iyon noong 2011 sa case ni Cyra.
@@bbhfbb338 Eto pa ang tips. I make sure we pay the fees of each documents right away. Nag ask rin yata ang NVC website ng VISA fee, binayaran na namin agad. I believe may option ka later to pay it, pero binayaran namin agad kasi ng malapit ng maging 21 yrs old ang sister-in-law ko, so we want to make sure bayad na lahat in advanced. Then i heard from my friend that she send a RUSH letter request to NVC. Sabi nya sa letter kailangan nya nanay nya to take care of her kids at iyong mother ng husband nya eh may Alzemeir's disease kaya kailangan nya ng tulong kasi nag tratrabaho sya. Nag reply ang NVC sa letter nya. Ayon nga dumating iyong mother nya ng maaga ng few months. Take note pandemic parin yon. So ginaya din namin sya at nagpadala kami ng sulat last year to NVC requesting a RUSH. Nagbigay kami ng reasons, pero hindi nag reply ang NVC. Atleast alam ng NVC that we need my sister-in-law ASAP to take care of my kids.

7 years waiting for my I-130 to get approved. That is already long enough, got 2 kids within this timeline. My eldest just turned 7 last July. Is there any way to expedite the process? like hiring an attorney maybe?
Ang priority date po namin is October 2012. Wala parin pagbabago sa visa bulletin 🥺

F2b din po ako application applied may 2015 po and approved June 2016 tanong po ilang taon po hihintayin bago po dumating ung visa po

Hello po! I recall po na gusto ko rin i-edit yung akin pero I can't seem to do it na. So nagtanong ako sa F2B messenger group chat tas sinabi lang din naman nila na i mention na lang during interview. Depende po siguro sa field na i-eedit nyo. Nag commit na lang ako sa DS 260 ko then during interview, wala naman na tinanong
F2b ako pero naging f1 na pano sobra tagal din ng paghintay ko kc march 2012 pa din hanagng ngayon

Hi mam F2B po case makaka recieved po ba ng yellow packet or not? Nandito na po USA VISA APPROVED na po andito na sa amin ang passport with US VISA may inaantay ba kami o pwede na kami kumuha ng ticket para maka alis na po salamat❤ Mag eexpired kasi visa namin sa Sep po visa namin.

Sorry late reply ha..naging busy haha! Wala naman po akong any active na ginawa para mag expedite. Feeling ko po, dahil current na po priority date ko tsaka kailangan din nilang i move yung backlog ng applications.

Since ng aged out po kayo ma’am, F2B rin ba yung nilagay nyo sa schedule nyo sa embassy? Same din kasi tayo ng case pero yung agent na nag ayos ng schedule ko ay ang nilagay sa visa category ko ay F2A. Kinakabahan ako baka di ako asikasuhin sa embassy
F2B po ang nilagay ko sa interview schedule po. Pero magkasama rin po ata yung lahat ng family-based petition sa isang option pag nag sched ka ng interview :)
@@CyraLifeVlog maraming salamat po ma’am sa info. Yung agent po namin kasi pinipilit nya na kung ano raw yung inapply dati ng parents ko which is yung F2A eh yun daw ang dapat ilagay, eh yung schedule ko F2A yung nilagay nya. eh nag aged out na rin po ako. Nakasched ako this Jan 8.

Ako po, both. I struggle to understand kasi po the difference between them. Ang pinaka helpful sa akin ay ang pagjoin ng fb group at chat group sa mga kasabay ko po sa priority date tsaka nagaabang ako ng updates po doon sa group
