- A Magic X Day GIANT! I saw this buck at 2pm watched him slowly following a doe for over 45 minutes then she finally brought him into bow range!

It’s weird I’ve bought farms in the area of van Buren county ia he was from and see the lick creek and switch grass and trees and often wonder if he planted it!! At the time of reading that stuff I was still a kid living in ny !!If our content is anywhere near that helpful that is humbling and means lot!! Thank you!!

Nothing better then a massive 8pt. Dream buck is a big 8 with double brows. Maybe a fre kickers. Mass. That's my dream buck. Chocolate antlers. Always wanted to shoot a big one with a typical side and a nontypical side also. Those are neat bucks.

Out of curiosity what did the Warren county 59 acre Illinois farm sale for? From PA and started saving for an Illinois Farm in the next 3-5 years. Just curious what a property like that goes for there?
I forget what that one went for exactly a lot of the values are go up and down with proximity to bigger towns or cities like a Rec piece outside of Chicago may be 20k per acre fulton county maybe 5500$ .. pike may be 6500 brown 4750 … all changes quite a bit these days! Save up and start buying farms it is an amazing investment in a great market that will be good to you over the years!!
