Well done, Tim! I am from 76th territory here in NY and my old reenacting unit 15 -25 years ago was Co H of the 76th. This monument is certainly a hidden gem for us 76th fans and reenactors in the unit. Love visiting that piece of the battlefield and it is never crowded when we go up there. It is very nice spot, especially headed up the tower to get a view all around. Very happy to see this video pop up!!

No coat on a breezy winter's day on Culp's Hill. Good for you, Tim.

Culp's Hill has always been one of the more confusing parts of the battlefield for me. In the past few years there has been a lot of progress with clearing non-historic woods and bushes away that have opened things up and made it easier to grasp what went on here. I have been through Greene's trenches and hiked down to Forbes Rock but have not been to the trenches on this side of Culp's Hill. I'll make a point to check them out on the next visit. Thanks for another great video, Tim.

I hope they continue to make the battlefield as it was back in the day of the battle. The new growth of woods really changes things.

@nathanielalgernon975 I agree. I will say that huge improvements have been made over the past few decades. My Dad took us as kids to Gettysburg in 1963 and it was like driving through a forest full of monuments in many parts. The area around Devils Den and Little Round Top have been transformed.

Nice job Tim. I actually found that large rock where the two men are sitting. At Greens Brigade on the other side of Culps hill, it was covered in grass never the less I was determined to find it and I did. You have an awesome job.

Tim, another year. The weather there looks great. You know, i dont like crowds and it never occurred to me that with the leaves down you can get a real sense of the topography.
Keep on Tim you are greatly appreciated.
