I have a v2 right now and when I got it, my relaxed offset 1,2,1 palm grip (I watched too many of these damn mouse videos) was a little weird. The hump or 'egg shape' in back caused my index finger to rest against the scroll wheel. That was fine but it made the left click sometimes not register because of the diagonal index finger traversal (someone stop me). So I bought a bunch of other mice and ended up daily driving the V2. Now I love it. And my finger has naturally moved to a better position. Ah happy endings. And while it may be dated, it's a great feeling mouse. It feels way better than the G702 which felt like holding a boogie board compared to this tiny little thing. Great for fingertip gaming too. I might buy this one but I actually like the batteries so I don't know. Great video.
it’s entirely up to you whether you think it’s a solid upgrade, but yeah i don’t actually have any complaints with this mouse and although it’s slightly too small i found a comfortable and usable grip and actually played well with it
I has an orochi v2. I loved.the shape but my copy started to develop creaking when pressure is applied to the sides. Replacing AAA lithium batteries to cut down on the weight was also getting expensive. I decided to buy the zaopin Z1 pro and it is perfect for me. Banger of a mouse!

Def a fingertip mouse, I can see why it wouldn’t work for a claw user. Might inspire me to take this one out the box again. Nice review
