- The video shows ego lifters at the gym. The first clip is about a guy trying to impress a girl. Unfortunately he did not manage to pick her up. He was not even lfiting the weight at the bench.
The second guy uses something called "ammonia salts". Most powerlifters inhale them for more energy and strength. His ego was stronger than his strength, so he failed that.
Ego lfiters put more on the bar than they can handle. This video is made to be educational only and also to bring a smile to your face.

Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but don't wanna lift theses heavy ass weights.
Everytime my parents tell me what was happening, I get very sad that almost none of it was filmed. I didn't even believe the gym outfits were real at first!

To be fair at 4:50 I did that occasionally with heavy weight to get my body used to holding really heavy weight in that position. Then when you lighten it by two plates it isn't even remotely intimidating. It's actually very effective to help your mind stop being scared of the weight. Did it before bench and squats each work out for a month and I did almost 30 more pounds on bench and fifty on squats because I wasn't fearing adding more weight.
Fear can be a good thing. Heavy weights kill.
That’s actually a Power Lifting exercise for the exact reason you gave.
It's a thing in olympic weightlifting too, it looks weird but is useful

Didnt think it was that widespread 🤦🏻 He also spent like 15 minutes holding breaks inbetween just staring into nothing, and left the gym like 15 minutes later. He did Leg Press and the one where you carry a bag on your shoulders and step down...

I constantly marvel at those trying to define themselves by a number on a bar. It won't help them with a flat tire. It can't get him out of debt, find a job, or perform a job. All fitness does is help you improve what you can already perform.
The last guy is mark steubing. But since last year he lost weight and is now doing calisthenics, also with terrible form

The problem wasn’t really his lift, I’m assuming he can squat close to that and just failed here it happens, he just looks goofy with the smelling salts.

Last clip actually works if you start lower to chest area. Helps with the small distance most get stuck at when benching. And holding heavy weight activates the back and chest stabilizing muscles. But you still gota do some sets after bruh😐
Yeah isometric pushes are good. Do them with pull ups as well and squeeze at that sticking point. Also what he is doing here is training neural load, and works great at well to help not fatugue your CNS which can build up over time.

The last guy benching is doing lockouts. It helps you push through the struggling point. A lot of people can get the weight up a little over halfway but get stuck. Lockouts help with that problem.

For the last guy, if you lie on your back and your stomach is higher than your chest, you might wanna change you workout routine.
If you can't do a full rep, you can't hog half the gym's weight. This should be a universal rule

First guy is trying to confuse his muscles doing pull-ups on a bench.
There should be arching of Lower back in bench press workout toes should be back ward direction and scapula retract and then slightly depress scapula then start bench press exercise. One guy position is accurate
