- THIS YARD WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL!!! IT SEEMED ABANDONED SO I KNOCKED ON THE NIEGHBORS DOOR! and he gave me the backstory! He was selling his house and was scared that this Neglected yard next door would make it hard for him to selll. so I offered to give it a full makeover for free.The first hurdle was that there was a lock on the front gate.. well you have to stay tuned to see what happens!! there was a lot of surprises on this one and I got to test out my new Ventrac tractor that @ventrac gifted me! im only giving him a 50% here , he makes more work for himself when he cuts the lawn then goes back to do the edges and fencing and then back to clean as he would normally do. when i was doing the same job we would do the perimeter and obstacles trim trees /bushes then cut the grass and mulch in the previous mess . he is doing it for youtube though so efficient and better for video fight each other i bet. i dont think i would have cut this one without OWNERS CONSENT to be on property and the neighbours consent is not enough lol .

I’ve watched a lot of his videos and he is meticulous and thoughtful. For Ventrac to give him this machine, they obviously see his character as well as his subscribers! However, that’s at least a $20,000 machine and it’s badass. I’ve seen them mow a 30 degree hill slope sideways without any issues. Great guy and it’s well deserved!

I know this is a weird viewpoint. But sometimes I feel sorry for all the plants being killed. I think the wire fence looked better with the plants on it. Maybe they could have been neatened up a bit, but that wire fence was so ugly, and to me all the beautiful green leaves look better. That being said, I admire this young man very much for his excellent work and dedication. I hope he's getting the equipment free from sponsors because of the incredible amount of views h is postings get. 15:13
@@johnmulrenanYep, it does look better with some greenery. However, it’ll need trimmed every couple of weeks to keep it looking tidy. No one’s going to do that, so the best thing for it, is to get rid of it.
It's called a ' Ventrac'. It's crazy expensive though. Used various attachments at the front. He was using a bush hog attachment in this video. Machine is very capable with a decent operator such as him. I've used it before as well great to use even though it wouldn't have been my first choice.
Amazes me that the neighbors all know what he is doing, will benefit from it but do not come to help. I would expect the whole neighborhood to get involved. At least bring him lunch and some cold drinks. You are some kind of special, doing all of this for free, thank you for caring.

This transformation honestly should be in theaters on the big screen and in HD. Your new lawn mower is in “beast mode” when off. You handled that property magnificently. I think I want to move there now. The Herons were amazing. They looked a bit confused but they probably like their brighter environment. Scrubbing that garage/boathouse showed your dedication. I have been watching your videos from very early on and applaud your kindness, dedication, and pursuit of perfection. I am amazed watching you pull every piece of ivy off the wall and every vine off each fence as if the property was your own. You possess boundless energy, an incredible heart, and you always go the extra mile to put a smile on someone's face. If more more Americans considered the importance of helping their neighbors, our communities would be much nicer places to live. I believe your efforts have encouraged other lawn service companies to volunteer their time to help someone in need one day per week. Vickers machines are amazing but extremely expensive. They are 4 wheel drive and capable of doing most hills in FL but also the wet soggy yard areas next to the pond. This had no trouble and didn't even need dually wheels. They can cut down all the brush with ease. A new one is ~$30K or more. They have all kinds of attachments for the front too like grinding stumps. That was one heck of a sponsor!

Yeah they could at least sponsor his video as payment or something. Companies who buy property and leave it in disrepair like this knowing the danger that gators or other dangerous wildlife can pose to neighborhoods should lose the property to the city due to safety hazard. It's maddening to see something like this in such awful state but know that unless a good Samaritan like Al mows it or someone is hurt and it makes the news, that nothing will be done.

Al, I am absolutely elated you got a Ventrac! That machine made short work of this Serengeti yard. It was the perfect scenario in order to put the Ventrac through its paces. It proved itself well. The fence clean-up was incredible, but the entire property itself was a Herculean task. That being said, all that brush, and undergrowth removal was completed in a day! Thank you for the footage of those cranes! They were so majestic, and taking advantage of the spoils left by the Ventrac. In closing, I say YES to a clean-up of the driveway, and other concrete surfaces, please. This session was worth the wait. Thank you for being you, Al! I love how Al approaches these projects. He mulches up all of the lawn debris, all of the vines, all of the leftovers from pruning shrubs and bushes, and all of the smaller tree branches. He even mulches up what he scrapes off of sidewalks and driveways. This is so ingenious because all of his time is spent cutting and trimming instead of having to bag up and move the massive amounts of debris he encounters on some of these extremely overgrown yards and properties. I watched a couple videos from another channel doing yard makeovers who didn't mulch, and they spent half of their time and energy moving yard debris and piling it in their pickup. On a side note, that Ventrac machine is a beast.
How hard he works is actually inspiring you don't see quality work ethic like this anymore it looks nice on vide but it's true hard breathing heart heavy and muscle heavy workload I do this for my mom on occasion and after I'm sore as can be honestly

After watching many of your incredible videos I'm always amazed that you do not encounter more animal life, snakes or otherwise hiding under all that debris and tall grass.
Every time I watch this I notice something different. Saw the neighbors mowing behind you and watching you on that beast knocking it down. I'm sure all the neighbors were thrilled you showed up. Powerful fail mower on the front. NO problem with poke weeds, grape vines, tall grass, palmettos, and small trees. Incredible. The neighbors greatly appreciated it, especially the one trying to sell his house.
This is the type of mowing they were designed and built for. They are built in my hometown and the city park has 5 of them to take care of the parks and other city mowing needs. They also have the plow attachments for doing the snow plowing for the city lots. They also have the heated and A/C cabs for them as well. The blower attachment is awesome as well. They also have a very powerful brush attachment to do the drives like in this video.

OMG! It’s a MONSTER mower!!! That job would have taken days without it! It’s amazing how it cuts right thru so smoothly…and shreds everything in its path. Excellent transformation…Someone needs to level that frame of a house badly. It would be a nice piece of property for that unknown owner to sell…GOOD ONE, AL! 🔥🔥🔥🧨

The new machine is amazing. I’m glad you can sit to use it. You work so hard doing these amazing yard transformations. The fence alone was a lot of work. As usual your transformation made a difference like night and day. I’m glad you didn’t run into any coral snakes. Your truly a blessing to your community. I look forward to seeing more videos. Wow! Your new mower is a BEAST!❤ I think it'd be impossible to use on small, tight yards, but this was a heck of a test run for it, and it handled it like a boss! And Florida scrub and muck ain't no joke. I've lost a push mower in my backyard to it. 😂
You do such a great job and I love watching your new Brush Hog (we had one on our farm growing up). That monster will chop down anything! I also love how you stop to show your audience wildlife, too. You do an awesome job!!

Wow, what an outstanding cleanup! I bet the entire neighborhood is so grateful. I already feel sorry for whoever buys that neighbor's house-you cleared out everything so well next door, they won't have a clue what they will have to deal with once it all grows back.
That's probably going to be developed into a giant new house. I think the guy next door said a company bought the place.
Dougie downer here. The neighbor that's selling the house. I would be embarrassed to no end for not so much as bringing you something to drink. Not only did he not do that. He didn't even bother to offer a hand. I would have been geared up and ready to rock. You would have got a very good free lunch and a couple of C notes from me.
