Lifting the corners of the mouth can be challenging. In this video, we target the problem by using some filler in the cheek, chin and marionette region to lift the corners of the mouth.
Having had CONSERVATIVE filler for 15+ years (I am 60) I really understand the importance of what you mention as foundation filler. You can't go to a dermatologist and ask to have one issue corrected and have it look natural because you need the base to look believable. Hence, we saw many people getting lip fillers and you could tell from one look that it didn't look right. This is a beautiful enhancement of a downturned mouth because the cheeks and chin were addressed. Well done!
What kind of filler do you get because I do know filler can move and I've heard certain kinds (maybe the kinds with hyuloronic acid?) help prevent it from migrating add forming that "puff face" that happens when ppl keep getting more nor realizing that the body isn't absorbing it but in reality it's moving. I think it’s more attractive when people embrace their age. You chase to fix one perceived flaw and will quickly notice the next, then the next, perpetuating your low self esteem.
No different than getting a new haircut, color, and style to look better. People don’t say, “I’m going to just let my hair go when I’m older and accept that I’m aging.” No different than getting eyebrows done, teeth cleaned and whitened, using makeup, anything to look more attractive, people do. But, once some doesn’t like their sagging facial areas and want them to look better, people jump on them.
To accept aging, you have to accept getting ugly, because that's what happens when you age, your looks fade. So there's no aging gracefully unless you do things to delay the process.
I chose to use fake materials to replace my hips. Should I have embraced my pain and kept the original hips. New hips and a huge weight loss have allowed my self esteem to sore. I want to be the best I can be. If a filler or Botox will help me be my best, then I’m all for it.

It should cost you no more than 600.00 to 800.00 each side. If anyone wants more than that, leave and find another place. Your best bet is to go to a "reputable " spa and have a nurse practitioner do it, for that price. Going to a MD will cost you a lot more.
I just wonder in the long run where all this goes and is it gonna cause more problems?? I guess I'm just excited to be 58 that little things like this doesn't bother me as many people have passed away recently.

I think it’s more attractive when people embrace their age. You chase to fix one perceived flaw and will quickly notice the next, then the next, perpetuating your low self esteem.
I disagree. People want to feel good and if doing this helps her, well a great for her.
No different than getting a new haircut, color, and style to look better. People don’t say, “I’m going to just let my hair go when I’m older and accept that I’m aging.”
No different than getting eyebrows done, teeth cleaned and whitened, using makeup, anything to look more attractive, people do. But, once some doesn’t like their sagging facial areas and want them to look better, people jump on them.
You want to talk pain?
To accept aging, you have to accept getting ugly, because that's what happens when you age, your looks fade. So there's no aging gracefully unless you do things to delay the process.
I chose to use fake materials to replace my hips. Should I have embraced my pain and kept the original hips. New hips and a huge weight loss have allowed my self esteem to sore. I want to be the best I can be. If a filler or Botox will help me be my best, then I’m all for it.
Wow, what a difference in her profile!! Can you go over exactly what fillers you used where?? I would love to go see you, but I am in California! I really need a facelift, however I was reading it was between $15,000-$$$ more!! How much are these fillers and how long will they last???
It should cost you no more than 600.00 to 800.00 each side. If anyone wants more than that, leave and find another place. Your best bet is to go to a "reputable " spa and have a nurse practitioner do it, for that price. Going to a MD will cost you a lot more.
Looks great. 👏👏 Which filler is this, Juviderm or Restylin?
Great work and I love how you kept saying Wee ❤❤❤
I love my frown. It shows how people have treated me all my life.
That looks excellent and is inspiring me to do it!! Short term pain (OUCH) for long term gain!!
She looks fantastic! She is very beautiful to begin with. Now she looks well rested too.
Excellent outcome and very natural looking
Thank you ☺️
Where is the guy located
It's an art. She looks amazing. Great Job. I wish you were in Los Angeles.
Looks brutally painful but very beautiful
Looks great but does that serum poison the body?
I just wonder in the long run where all this goes and is it gonna cause more problems?? I guess I'm just excited to be 58 that little things like this doesn't bother me as many people have passed away recently.
Yeah. Filler tends to travel I've heard
Golly I couldn’t hardly watch this. She looks good.
I know!
Beautiful results on a gorgeous lady! I wonder, would there be any benefit to botox in the muscle that pulls corners down?
beautiful .. loved the points you had the cannula to fill under her lips
Doc, you're INCREDIBLE!!!!
Fabulous work Darren x
Oh my god I NEED THIS. i always thought it was because i was chunky but clearly not.
That was an amazing result. How much filler was used for this? This is what I need!
Me too!!
and me.
Speak to the man in portugese and he will answer
Beautiful! You’re a true artist!❤
Awesome video, very informative. Thanks for sharing.
Is that 2 syringes of fillers & what type of filler was used … Incredible results !!
I'd like to know too. I can;t believe he didn't say...
He said Volux
Amazing you’re a very skilled injector!!
Amazing. What exactly is this procedure called and what is the price? Thank you
They say beauty is pain and I believe it. You can’t turn back the hands of time, but if doing this every 3-6 months makes you happy, then go for it.
I had filler once and it didn't hurt at all. I'm needle phobic and have a low pain threshold. I was pleasantly surprised.
In another comment a lady said she had it done 3 years ago and it was still looking good.
Of hundreds of vids, THIS is the one to beat👍🏼❤️☀️⭐💫✨
Marie looks so young and pretty without makeup.most of us need something!!
I agree! ☺️
Which filler did you use?
When mouth sides turned down like that it means this lady has never had a fulfilling love relationship or felt love which is really sad. I hope she gets so much love so this doesn’t after surgery.
So how long do these fillers last and what is the cost for this type of procedure?
Very beautiful. i am curious how long lasts the result until you have to fill it again?
dr Darren Mckeown your a miracle worker
Very interesting, what an incredible difference!! Plus, my son in law is a prominent radiologist whose name is Darr McKeown.
Florie
What does one have to do with the other?
Wow wow wow she looks so much more youthful and natural
Looks amazing! I wonder how much that all costs?
I know right?!?! I wish they would tell us the cost of each procedure that they do!!!! Ugh!!!!
Yeah, no joke.
Probably 2k
@@retro.x another lady in the comments said $600-$800 each side, of course that depends when it's done and inflation at the moment I suppose.
No. 4 syringes is closer to $2,700-2,800 in the US. Better to save for a lift if you want to be economical.
I'm getting this excat procedure for the first time this Tuesday!! I'm TERRIFIED!! But, I'm going to put on my big girl pants and go through it!! I'm a big baby when it comes to pain..so, I pray I'm ok!! PRAY FOR MEEE!! 😭
How much and how long does it last?
