Soooo... my buddy Kurt built an obstacle course in his backyard ... and it's INSANE! This is my Saturday morning workout and it's a doozy. Follow along as I take you through this exhausting course which takes about 1.5 hours to complete (on a good day).

One of my best friends, he got me into Jiu jitsu too he kicks my ass though lol 😂. Ive seen Kurt walking around the neighborhood with dumbbells a few times! He's a beast!
