    This video shows what real respect looks like. You know the challenge is hard when a pro athlete admits it makes him nervous.

    Calling me skeptical, but firefighters are their own top priorities when it comes to saving lives. Where as fitness athletes have their own top priorities when it comes to improve their speed, strength, agility and so on. And this 2-minute fireman fit challenge proves my point in all of this. No matter what you do for the rest of your life, there's always gonna be challenges that motivates you to be the hero and role model that people may look up to one of these days.

    There is a huge difference doing it without ba then with ba we use to do this race with the original cast iron cylinders the new ones are much lighter

    Question? Some firefighter test have the person walk to different events.. Is this a newer test?

      No. Two different things. What your talking about is a national test for physical assessment needed to be met to obtain the job. This is a competition for members who are already firefighters to tr est their skills up against others.

      GØLDEN. S.A.M start off with really light weights or cables focus on getting an insane pump and then get a challenging weight, you want to get a weight that’s challenging to do 12 reps if it’s too easy it’s too light the pump and the beginning of the workout will help you keep a mind and muscle connection. Over weeks the weight will get easier, you keep challenging yourself and remember Rome was not built over night. Good luck m8

      0peanutman0 hit me up when you want to attempt a firefighter circuit workout at my fire department and see how gassed you are. I’ve only been a firefighter for 3 years and this challenge could have been designed to be a lot harder
