Godzilla is the protag of his universe, so plot armor. Beyond that, he tried to grab him and Godzilla nocked him through 3 buildings. Also it wouldn't really do much, Godzilla's done space before. Besides Godzilla is always the good guy at the end, so he'll end up sticking around till they can't beat the 3 headed dragon that's inevitably going to show up, and save the heroes asses.
I mean Godzilla is SMART enough to reason with, it's just that he usually doesn't care enough to do so. It didn't help that Superman punched him hard enough to make Godzilla feel like his dominance was being threatened.
Does this mean Superman has a weakness to radiation?
Technically- yes. A red sun's radiation, or the radiation from Kryptonite does harm him quite a bit. A yellow sun empowers him though, so its only certain forms of radiation that harm him. Since Godzilla's Atomic Breath attack is so staggeringly powerful, I'm not shocked that Superman tanking it doesn't end well for him
Yes but people forget he's got a whole arsenal of armors back in the Fortress of Solitude that helps deal with that. He rarely ever needs to break it out, often threats show up before he's able to go and grab them.
Depends on the storyline. In Kingdom Come it didn’t have any effect

If Transformers can crossover with nearly everyone, these ideas are possible.
kong is set to appear in this crossover. the avengers did once have a crossover with transformers. one time superman met the xenomorphs and batman met spawn.

You forgot that godzilla ia made of radiation. Godzilla blood would make Superman so weak that a step of godzilla on him would crush all his bones or explode him. The atomic breath can destroy Superman, because its totally made of radiation.
