@@pwx13 And that's why Madden 08. It's on PC, so it will always work, the modding/roster community is still going super strong, and the base quality still holds up.

Only scoring with the FB seems like more of a reward than a challenge given the history of FB love around here lmao
I have a feeling that Drew left the injury slider all the way at 0. Seems like a ton more players are getting injured since that video
I think madden still does the thing where if you choose "reset sliders" the bottom two (injury and kick power in the old games) that dont appear on the screen unless you scroll stay where they were
I was just thinking that 😂😂 cause no way out of all the seasons he has played this is the most injuries he has gotten
I'm pretty sure Madden did an update that messed with the sliders. Mr. Hurricane's series also had a buch off injuries out of nowhere.

The safety challenge, you should have done 1 point safeties. If you get saftied on a 2 point conversion, the other team gets one point. Would be a fun loophole

Should've given them a 2pt safety after your TD. Not only does it complete your challenge, but you don't give up an offensive possession.
It's only "illegal touching" by the defense if the player hasn't re-established themselves in field (eg player jumps from out of bounds to catch the ball)

Was indeed a Scorigami, mainly because highest point total by a team prior to that game was 73 points. So set a record there as well.
The pumped in audio works so well it's barely noticeable 😆, this is gonna sound weird but it could've been a little _wider_
Could have gone for the super rare 1 pt safety on the two point conversion in order to give them less points and less possessions.

Punt the ball, they get a chance to return it to about midfield, drain the clock, and put points on the board at their leisure.
Or:
Intentionally take the safety, giving them two points, then free kicking the ball to them with potentially worse field position.
I feel like if teams took the alternate option we would have more interesting scores as well as a more NBA feel to the game.

You nearly beat the record of most points score in a game. The record was set in 1966 when the Washington redskins beat the New York giants 72-41 which is a total of 113 points
This is why i always say to lower injury sliders in franchise mode cause if you dont every play will be hurt all the time lol
