In your opinion do you think this brush cutter has been worth the money thinking about getting one

If you get it cheap enough, I think so. If trimming small shrubs and saplings or cutting tall grass or undergrowth personally it’s great but if you’re gonna be using it commercially, I’d look at something a little heavier duty. I’m really glad I bought it. For what I do it’s been great but I don’t mind to fix it every now and then. Lol. Hope this helps and good luck with your purchase! Thanks for watching!

Did you have to add gear oil to it? The label said gear oil but I only see grease fittings

I’ve only ever greased mine. Grease fittings is all mine has too. 🤷 Let me know if you find where I should add gear oil! 👍🏻

@@MountainMindset I popped off the top and I see a grease fitting there. I asked the manufacturer but I dont know if they will respond

I can pick one of these up for 1900$ new locally. It is red and black. Not blue. It has all 3 hoses with the case drain. I'm wondering if they made these better over the last year. I have ALOT brush and vines to clear. Think it's worth it or spend a couple grand more on a more well known brand? Thanks.

That sounds like a good price. I’ve seen the red and black ones online and they look built exactly the same as mine. I can’t say if they are built any better now but I think it would serve you well if you’re cutting like me and don’t mind fixing it at times. If I had the money to spend and was doing more than just one job, id probably get something a little heavier duty. I hope his helps!

@Mountain Mindset Thanks. I will probably give it a try. I'm hoping to start making some side$ with my excavator this would add to my capabilities. If I don't like it hopefully I can sell it. Does it seem to eat thru 3 inch or 4inch stuff ok?

@@countryboy-pk8xmI don’t blame you. It will cut 3-4” stuff for me but I take my time with it. It’s not as fast as other cutters but I’m happy with it!
