OMG...I am struggling with a severe issue w/my right hip rotating forward & left hip rotating backwards. This has made my right leg significantly longer than my left and has basically kept me from walking for 4 months now. The length discrepancy has put so much pressure on my right knee, that it's caused patellar tracking issues - I'm terrified of dislocating my right knee now. I've been in PT, seen ortho docs, podiatrists, chiro w/sports medicine PT, and this treatment you demonstrated has helped me more than most of what I've done all summer long!
    Thank you for this video!

It goes to show you not every clinician is up to par. No matter what their disciplines are. But as a previous massage therapist and retired chiropractor I'm surprised all those clinicians couldn't get it. I'm glad this system helped just keep on doing it well well personally from the biomechanics involved and this PT should be more of an expert than me. but The literature reveals that muscle energy is only a temporary release of muscle tension. He's the expert so that's all that matters sometimes less is more . I hope it continues to help you. I would think that all the other people looked at your gait and possible other muscle problems as well.

Hi!! I ve been told that my legs have the same length but due to a lumbar curve I should wear a heel lift. The discrepancy is of more than 1 cm however I wear a 6 mm heel lift on the left leg. This fixed my pain in the left side of my lower back and hip. all good for 5 weeks, then the pain came back , this time on the right side, a sciatica inflammation , a tingling feeling etc... I went to a chiropractor and before having the first visit a n assistant put me on a machine that checks weight distribution and posture. She says that there are 7 kilos more pressing on my right leg (which is the leg without heel lift). if I take the heel lift off I may go back having lots of pain on the left side...I will see the chiropractor soon however, after having spoken to my doctor, having seen a physiotherapist and also an osteopath I start to feel hopeless. Any ideas?

Maddy that means your left hip is rotated. You need a stick or foam roller something long and a little harder. Place it in a such way like shown in this video . Your right knee the longer leg goes over the stick and left leg under the stick. Now push your right knee down and left knee up simultaneously for two - 3 times. You may hear pop sounds from your muscles but with in a few minutes you will be aligned. You may feel sore for sometime that will go away
