In March 2020, WRC 9 was revealed as the official game of the 2020 FIA World Rally Championship alongside WRC 10. It features 14 different locations (reflecting the 2020 season as it was originally intended to be run before the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many events being rescheduled or cancelled and new rallies added to the calendar), including all three returning rallies, Safari Rally, Rally New Zealand and Rally Japan, with up to fifty official crews from WRC, WRC-2, WRC-3 and J-WRC available for the player to choose. The game also features fifteen more landmark vehicles from the WRC history.
Reception for WRC 9 was generally favorable among critics. While troubled by smaller issues, improvements with car handling were noted in many outlets. Among critics, the game was scored at 80% by Push Square. Pixel Bandits rated the title at 4/4, noting the fresh challenge provided to long-time fans of the series.

Quite a slippery stage but this car loved it ✌🏾
I'd say a 8/10 or 8.5/10 is an accurate score for WRC 9.

It’s the little things in this compared to eawrc.
The rain effects on screen no just driver window.
Exhaust pops when shifting, even the section just before that tight mud pit section you can see and drone flying over head.
Though it is quite a different game driving wise haha
How do you fell about the control bro? Its same with EA wrc or DiRT_Rally_2.0? Or have point it self? Ai haven't try it before
@@ja_gameplay it’s very different from dirt2.0 and ea wrc.
Seems like a finer balance point to keep the traction as hanging out to far the car feels to sit there spinning it’s hard to explain.
Though with some Time behind the wheel in this I really did enjoy it !
Also the rain + water effects on the screen and track are stunning 💯
