My Dad ( born 1911) grew up in chi in the 20s/30s he talked about the Aragon ballroom all the time. He loved it there!! It was “the place” everyone went. He spent many nights dancing.

Use to be a great place for a show. Now it is a "cash free" zone venue. They are "forcing" you to use a credit card for food and drink. Sixteen dollars for a drink is outrageous as well. That is worst than airport prices. Have seen many great shows here but will not return with policies like that. More social conditioning to get us use to not using cash. Next it will be cannot enter unless your chipped. I hope they rethink it because the building is a great place for a show.
