    0:00 Intro
    0:25 Vex vs Syndra
    1:30 Careful how many CDs you use on the wave
    3:35 Use demat to allow quicker base, hard to get better first base but saving TP is good
    4:10 Pull wave to force TP and setup gank
    5:10 Look to punish flash advantage
    5:30 Pull wave, thin it out to keep freeze, can keep punishing her no flash
    6:47 Try to lean syndra but recognize its risky
    8:15 Not much point freezing now that she has flash again, better to pressure map
    9:45 Try optimize base around TP if possible
    10:10 Basing during downtime is really important
    13:00 Reset for liandry
    14:09 Look to collapse on ppl overextended while Samira still isn't there
    15:50 Try to catch sidelane waves safely
    18:15 Try bait a dive
    19:19 Push out top then coinflip the 4th drag is the only play left
    21:00 Shok tilted

      There is still value in seeing and learning to play with a team thats behind and trying to make the most of it to claw back a win. Also helps seeing how others do with frustration and keeping up your mental game too. Love your vids dude, thanks for the awesome content

      what about it are you not thinking is as valuable? games where you struggle are the only games worth reviewing. stomps are stomps. obviously everything went well and we all know how to play when everything is going well. seeing how you think when everything around you is crumbling is solid gold. the only way i think this could have been a better example of top tier gameplay is if you somehow won despite all the fuckery that took place.

    What impresses me the most is how you always have a gameplan in mind and you're always thinking of what you can do next. Meanwhile I just autopilot and end up not capitalizing on important stuff

    The games, where I do fine, but pretty much the whole teams feeds, have been so frustrating, but this commentary showed me, that I just need to remain level headed and accept, that there are games, which I just can't carry.
    Keep up the great work!

And i learned so much about waves, and Control of the game. Improve my jungle gameplay and i promoted to Master on last day. Thanks so much Bro ❤

    • @ShokLeague
      @ShokLeague  Před 7 měsíci +1

      1 tricking is reallllyy good for learning the game (probably the quickest way tbh) but I think once you're master+ you will suffer from only playing one champion (unless it's very well rounded)

    Amazing vid! Even with unbalanced teams you showcased how you can control the game against a tough matchup. Just wanted to say that your advice about teamfighting you gave me in another comment section helped! I watched my replays and isolated the teamfights and how I played them. I applied what I saw to my games and went from gold 4 0 lp to Gold 2 50 lp in a single day. I wasn’t focusing enough on the mid-late game teamfights and wasn’t drafting the right picks for the lategame. Was solely looking at mid champ and playing around them. Thanks for the help!

    5:50 God I wish lower ELO support players had brains like this guy. This cow is an MVP for this.
    Also why are so many junglers like this? They will bitch and moan about mid, demanding wards, rotations and all sorts of shit....but they completely ignore the lane when it's FREE while inting in other lanes for nothing. It's insane to me that this still happens in Challenger.
    In fact, I keep seeing people in these Challenger lobbies that have like 5cspm. What the hell happened to high ELO?

    • @ShokLeague
      @ShokLeague  Před 7 měsíci +1

      High elo has never been as good as people think it is...

    • @yGKeKe
      @yGKeKe Před 7 měsíci

      Yeah, I noticed, but I was kind of hoping I was just delusional and on copium. However, I think each region does have a few players who are REALLY good and are probably multiple divisions above other Chals if the ladder went that high. It's crazy how big of a gap there can be even between challenger players.
      Still, I always enjoy things like the clips from Faker's stream where he's just watching the two teams throw poop at each other in the jungle 4v4 and he's like "What are they doing over there?" XDD@@ShokLeague

  • @therealjif
    @therealjif Před 7 měsíci +1

    syndra should have showed up to lane first and started the push aggressively because she can always play her range advantage against you with the first q, right? how should she have played her favorable matchup better?

    • @therealjif
      @therealjif Před 7 měsíci

      besides not using her abilities on the wave as much

    • @ShokLeague
      @ShokLeague  Před 7 měsíci

      Yeah pushing the lane earlier is better, she also has shorter CDs than I do so she should use that advantage to zone me off wave + get more push

  • @florian86000
    @florian86000 Před 7 měsíci +1

    Not sure why you didn't wait a bit for her to flash before using R again since you were already close enough to land your abilities at 4:55

    • @yGKeKe
      @yGKeKe Před 7 měsíci +1

      Their entire bot side and jungler are visible right outside of the dragon pit. He'd be dead if he waited. Only chance to do anything here is to immediately burst Syndra with Pantheon and Alistar while she's isolated away from her team. This is literally like a 2-3 second window to try and kill her, otherwise you either A) Do nothing and completely waste the ult or B) follow her over the wall and get stuck/fully collapsed on and die.
      What Shok did is pretty much the best case scenario for this skirmish.

      @ShokLeague  Před 7 měsíci
