That happened to me too what I did was that I deleted the app and then installed it again but this time I made and account at the top right corner there's like a wizard that's where u can create ur account and when it asks for ur age just say that u are over 21 and it worked for me now I can explore the castle and it's giving me quests, hope it works for u

I already know what the problem might be. I deleted the app and then installed it again but this time I made an account at the top right corner it looks like a wizard btw and then when it asks for ur age just put ur over 21 and it should let u get out of the dorm, it worked for me now it's already giving me missions, hope it works for yall

I need help i cant go to class i can only do duelling club
So I chose ravenclaw and I only have one person in the dormitory with me and the only button available is to either practice duel with other players or stay in the dormitory by myself I didn’t get an option to go to a class or create the account and I have tried the duelling several time but nothing has changed it seems like the only thing I can do in the game?? Please if someone is having the same problem or if you know how to fix it please reply!!
Edit: I was able to fix it by deleting the app and redownloading it. When I did that I went on the settings button on the loading screen (it should be on the top right corner of you screen) when I tapped on the button there was an option to download data for the first parts of the story line so I downloaded it onto the game. Downloading it does take a long time at least it did for me so don’t be shocked if it takes a little longer than you would have expected. Always check for updates to if the game tells you to download more information on the app.
