My anxiety and depression is really bad. But it makes no sense I got anxiety and depression out of nowhere. No matter what I’ve always had faith in Allah but 2 days ago I started questioning his existence it made no sense why may Allah swt forgive my mind. Whenever you see a bad dream or have bad thoughts in your mind, never share it with anyone! And say "Aaudubillah hi minashaytonir rajim" and spit at your left shoulder. (Spit in a manner that only air comes out no liquid).
And please recite Ayatul Kursi and the last 3 suras of the Quran 3 times in the morning as well as in the Evening!
That should protect you, my friend!
Also, From Surah Al-bakarah: Read first 4 ayats ++ ayat No. 255, 256, 256 ++ last 3 ayats! (10 Ayats in total)

I also recommend the first 10 verses of suratul Safah. It's very powerful it reaps the Jin apart, recite it in a glass of water and drink or give to the possessed to drink.

I have pressure in my head and I know when it’s spirit because I get bad thoughts, as soon as I played this. My head felt like it hurting because they don’t like it and my house started making noise, the spirit tries to scare me but I’m just annoyed at this point. I’ve been fighting spirits my whole lift but they get attached to me now so I need to cover my head more. I’m able to hear spirits and see things I’ve always been naturally tapped and aware. I listened to this ruqyah first time yesterday and I felt like gained the peace and solace that I used to do and for 10 years I'm unable to focus on anything infact I started feeling sleepy whenever I try to do something that has the potential to benefit me and my family working hard and learning online courses I instantly feel like let's just do something else or sleep from yesterday onwards I've begun to work. But my 1 year old daughter started painfully screaming with fear and anger like she's a stranger. May Allah heal my baby.
