I've been helping and reaching my fellow Filipinos for more than a decade, since 2006, but without recording it on film.
I just decided to film the activities we do in 2015 to spread awareness.
This time guys: I need your help. I need your helping hands to give joy to Filipino families, one at a time.
How it works:
Your contribution goes straight to the individual/family we reach/help.
After we reached/helped 1 individual/family: We then move on to help another.
Our objective is to reach 1 economically poor individual/family, one at a time.
Important notes:
1. I personally don't receive/get/take/pocket any amount of financial contributions from you guys.
Your contributions go straight to the families we reach and to other expenses.
2. I do not publish on youtube the stories of the families we reach w/o a signed release agreement and parental/guardian consent.
The release agreement gives me a permission to publish their stories on youtube.
3. Business, personal and GoFundMe fundraiser accounts: All the funds, contributions, sources of income and other monetary sources that go into my accounts are being reported to the taxman. My bank also reports to the taxman every year, by the end of the year, FYI.
There's a Certified Public Accountant who does the accounting and auditing of my accounts.
The Certified Public Accountant reports to the taxman.
4. You don't need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution to give help to people in the Philippines.
Reaching and giving help to people in the Philippines is not illegal.
There's no law that states, that you need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution first, before you are able to give help to people legally.
5. GoFundMe checks the fundraiser account from time to time.
They sometimes ask for verification and validation.
The reason why I upload films/videos about poverty in the Philippines is to spread social awareness.
To combat economic inequality, social injustice, oppression, repression, abuse and exploitation:
1st: We have to be aware.
2nd: We should pay attention.
3rd: We are ought to do something about it.
We as Filipinos and citizens of this planet should not turn a blind eye, not to play deaf and not to pretend mute.
We as human beings have a responsibility to give care and to show compassion to others.
We as citizens have a great responsibility to safeguard our ball of genuine democracy.
We as citizens have a responsibility to fight tyranny and corruption.
A documentary film/video like this one is very important, because it opens our eyes to the unjust societal reality.
How could we turn a blind eye on social injustice and huge economic inequality?

Mark: your assumption is that the mother walked away with old grandpa caucasian foreigners. Did you investigate it and do you have facts? Probably there are who visit Philippinnes for a beautiful lady, but there are also who visit to see the beautiness of the country and spent their money in Ph! Just like in Thailand. You can't tar all grandpas with one brush and don’t blame the ones who will not live in poverty! Why are you living in US and not in Philippinnes?? Then you should be closer to the people you are trying to help and also guide Cesar, Anne and Althea instead of saying they doing it wrong…I’ve told them thousand time, again and again!!

Napakaganda naman ni mj sana may mag help sa kanila para maipaayos ang kanilang bahay at pag aralin silang magkapatid! Grabe ina nila nakuha pa maglandi hindi na naawa sa mga anak kaya hindi din liligaya. Ang kanilang nanayat sana din po ay mag mag help sa tatay nila para sa nga gamot niya sa lungs kasi 6 months yung tuloy tuloy na pag inom para gumaling ang tatay ng mga bata para makapag trabaho ng maayos para sa mga anak

Being in extreme poverty ❤ Words can not express how bad things are for those people community. No one can stay stable❤. Its just to hard esp no income no food no beautiful home very sad. ❤❤❤❤. Thanks to Mark and team also distubutors bring in donations and voluteers or business owners who give what they can for millions people. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉. yes goverment needs to do more for people in Filliphines in poverty❤❤❤.
My points about some things in your video:
I think both palestinians and ukrainians are heroes. My reasons is based on my own values, and not convenient politics.
Filippinas leaving their familly is not only a thing in the philippines, but I have seen many philippins who moved to the west with a white guy leave him (and sometimes the children) for someone who looks richer and the philippina think can offer a more "fun lifestyle".
Unfortunantly there are some greedy, selfish and lazy woman in all countries. Just as there are some greedy, selfish and lazy men in all countries.

The little girl that is suffering an having problems with her Goiter needs medication immediately , can someone please help her. It's been 8 days and no one has returned to give her mediation. If i had the money i would send right now. Please someone help this little girl get medication. Amen.

Your government should be helping this family don't blame old foreign men for a ongoing problem in the Philippines.
Maybe mother's are leaving their families for old foreign men but the problem was already there before the foreign guy came along.
You should be attacking your own government to help stop this problem if the poverty was dealt with by your country's government mother's wouldn't be leaving their families.

Long everybody get out there and buy this man tricycle bicycle twin ever do that delivers delivers food that way he can make a lot more money at Abbey his own money and it will be his own bike bicycle whatever that car if the everybody get that least $20 out-of-pocket all the people that watch this a tricycle to provide for his family and it can make more than $3
He hardly earn money n need to buy fuel in order to ferry passengers.
Doing food delivery requires a mobile phone and a data access so that you can received orders. This family hardy have food to eat, let alone owning a phone and able to afford the phone bills. I think it is not he doesnt want to earn more money but it is because poverty n situation like this left him with not much options. Somemore, he have children to feed

I hope it is a positive thing..When your people Caesurae & the girls go and get someone out of rice fields ..can you suggest bringing other workers a sandwich or rice and water..it might be only thing they eat all day..I still haven’t figured out how to send donations..
