Character: G1 Sunstorm
Special Ability: Overheat [AOE?] (like Breakaway's but a larger FoE, I think)
Again, the first day of the DLC's release. My first time playing as Sunstorm (a character with a lot of history...in the comics anyway).
I'm glad they chose Sunstorm as the repaint. Since we already virtually have Skywarp, and, well, compared to TC, I'd rather have Sunstorm. I do wish they would have given him a more different voice from Starscream's though.
I've been coming back to this video since it was posted years ago. Gives me so much nostalgia. I miss this game.
Yeah, Starscream's got a laser and a missile launcher and his special ability is unleashing a powerful blow from his giant Walther P38 pistol.
It prevents nearby opponants from being able to use their weapons, like Breakaway. Unfortunately that's pretty useless once you're close enough to use it, and when using the flamethrower, melee is the best counter anyway.
@Podjtnk He overheats all the enemy weapons in a large area of effect, I think it is a great ability :)

Awesome. The original reason I started uploading these was so people had a better idea of the game. :) If that's complete then I'm still doing my job...lol.
Sunstorm was developed in the comics mostly. He did, technically show up in the cartoon once on Cybertron.
Personally I find the character intriguing because of his past...

I guess his stats are good, but he's pretty useless as far as I'm concerned because his long-range weapon over heats so fast.
I have a SP video uploaded recently you can watch with him in it and check his stats.
The DLC is available in the PSStore on the PS3. I don't know about on the 360. It's not available for PC.

To me, Sunstorm just seems like an orange repaint of Starscreams G1 model. Are his weapons any different from G1 Starscreams?

they should've added someone else than a starscream repaint, someone like scrapper or mixmaster at least

You think Sunstorm will have the same abilities as Starscream's before you tried the DLC, I do.
