Beautiful home for the price. I can't believe how long it's been on the market. Dream kitchen for a 2/2 and no bond. I also love the floors and the overhead fans, very nice. An electrician could add some new kitchen outlets to make it even nicer but overall very nice home.

I didn't see any outlets between the frig and the oven for appliances? Are there some? Coffee maker, blender, etc...

On a remodel when they are looking for a clean look the outlets are sometimes mounted on a multi-outlet strip on the bottom of the wall hung cabinets. near the under-cabinet lights. I've seen this done in multi-million dollar homes on the beach near my home.

Love the floors but definitely need more outlets in the kitchen, two is not enough..maybe offer a buyer concession to cover the cost of adding them.
