My problem with Fenney is how far southeast you have to get to get to the cart bridge. You can practically see Brownwood across the turnpike, but can’t get there.

Patio villas are great if you are a snowbirder, but not so good if you plan to live there permanently. Too much transient living.

Excellent presentation of this home. Very nice. I have never lived in a home with high ceilings, so the lower ceilings would not be an issue for me. Great location...one of the best areas for easy access to shopping & dining in The Villages.

Never saw gas range without an exhaust. Why would it only be a recirculating exhaust? Other than that and the low ceiling the house is beautiful.

OMG, a woman after my own heart. Been single for 10 years, traveling single for about 20 years, going out to nice restaurants by myself when it wasn't cool. I am planning on buying in TV in about a year, and what I am looking forward to is to do "stuff" with singles without the pressure of finding somebody. If it happens it happens, but I am not thirsty.

On "Evening with the developer" at The Sharon last year the Morse family and the director of operations spoke. One the many things they "bragged" about was Softball in The Villages. "There are more softball games played in The Villages each year than in all of Major League Baseball combined". Search CZcams for "villages evening with the developer" and check it out. Lots of info in there.
