Absolutely, he undoubtedly made it clear that you may not remember things when you were a child but you sure remember things that were significant to you like hitting a home run. In his case, how was he not going to remember the details of the night his mom was killed? Smart boy!

Wonder what he has ended up doing with his life. For a child to remember and not cover a memory over and to have the intelligence and gumption to compare his memory to hitting a home run is extremely intelligent. Even if he was prepped to give that answer to the defense it still shows an amazing resolve in a time of great stress to remember what to answer.

I remember when this happened it was all over the news because it was such a shocking case to shoot a mother in front of her two children. Sarah's complete family came up and they had to know it was an inside job because of the way it occurred. Sarah had told her family and other people about Fred and his criminal activity in fact she had hired a private detective and a divorce attorney. Somehow he got wind of it I don't know how or if she told him and yes there have been many. Documentaries on this case. I think this is the prime example of why women who marry these despicable men need to be careful and exit and get to a safe place as soon as possible with the evidence to put them under the jail. Fred tokars got exactly what he deserved being in prison and I feel for there is family and her beautiful sons. So sad that Mikey died too young but he is with his mother now.

So many mothers plead for their murdering sons' or daughters' lives. It's only natural. But a mother's emotions shouldn't sway the jury. Usually family members can't bear to think they have monsters in their families--so they have very heavy denial. Their testimony is irrelevant because they describe their children in saintly ways.

I was in grade school when this one happened. I remembered it immediately when I saw Sarah’s picture. She was on WSB channel two every night at the time. You’re right. Some stories are told to death. I’ve seen this one in a documentary about southern crimes or murder for hire or maybe both.

I was really saddened watching that young boy sobbing. I hope someone in the family will take time to ensure that the two boys heal and make peace with the death of their mother. They are traumatised and broken.

I have a dilemma. I wonder if I would ever be able to sit and beg for my child's life, knowing that on the other side of the courtroom, another mother, father, sisters, brothers, and children sit in pain, because my child had brutally taken the life of their daughter, sister, mother. I will be too ashamed of myself. My grandchildren will be my main focus. To hell with a child who just ruined the entire families' lives forever. Why should I beg for his miserable life? Oh dear! My heart goes out to everyone who are still living through the nightmare of having lost this wonderful woman, for selfish reasons.

I'm sorry but lately I feel like defence attorneys treat cases like poker. They don't actually care about justice, all they care about is winning. 😢

They keep saying, "we won" like it was a soccer match. They are exonerating a person whose shady life led him to unscrupulous acts of heinous proportions. Not only do they want him to be set free after it all, but also they can say, "We won!"

What Monster would do that to his Wife and Children? 😡 He didn't even have the decency to tell the gunman to leave the children at 🏠 take her then shoot her. No he has his Wife shot in front of his Children 😡
