Does this support the reverse charging feature that the genuine battery has? If the iPhone is plugged in to a cable and charging and the battery is attached via MagSafe, will the battery charge without being plugged in?
The one I had did.
When attaching the battery pack, you’ll notice the bottom charging ring will be a different color. For the real one, the color of the ring will be white. For the fake, it will be green. Not sure if this should be the “sole” indicator to authenticate, but maybe it helps.

Hmm haven’t seen an orange color. Tested using my charging block. White and red are the only colors I was able to see.
I just received a replica and the battery is free to rotate as if the small magnet at the bottom is not present, is this normal?

I got the fakes one first it had an okay battery but after 1 month it degraded to just 4% battery juice so I bought the originals now for 3 months daily usage still same battery power , i really think it's worth it with all the features that the fake ones doesn't have😊

No. Only when you first connect it. But it is not shown of the widget all the time.
