The BRICS nations had a meeting a few days ago. They also had invited guest countries. They talked serious issues, didn't mock other leaders or anything and more importantly it was a virtual meeting. Remember that climate issue these bozos are always harping on about and never do anything about but try their hardest to get you to do something about.
This farce of saving face is why the east will lose long term.
In the west, when you have democracy you accept that the people you end up with won't be perfect. It adds to the humour if anything. Here are the leaders of some of the most powerful nations on the planet. They have a terrible history of wars between each nation but they can still sit at one table and laugh.
