As far as i could research, interior lighting requirements are calculated as foot candle chart for rooms under 10ft height. Typical lighting requirements for a living room are 10-20ft candles, and your estimate is 80 lumens per sqft, which is like 4 times the lumens required. Are you sure about your figures?
He is wrong 20l per sq feet is more than enough for a bedroom
My room is of 150sq feet and using a 24watt led batten(2400 lumens) and it gives sufficient light

The rule I explained in the videos is for a room of 10 feet height.
After that with every additional 1 feet, keep adding 3 walt extra.
According to calculation approximate 24 nos of 6 watt... Or 12 nos of 12 watt..

Sir, 12*12 ke room ke liye apko around 8000 lumens chahiye.
Ab kitne walt chahiye, ye depend karta hai ki aap tube light laga rahe hai, LED laga rahe hai, CFL laga rahe hai ya or kuch.
Apne esa kuch mention nahi kiya hai isiliye me assume karke chal raha hoo ki app concealed LED lagane vale ho kunki ajjkal vahi jada chal raha hai.
12*12 ke me suggest karunga ki app 10 walt ki 8 LED lights lelo or har side par 2-2 LED laga lo. Har walt me apko 100 lumens milte hai. 8 LEDs os 10 walt se apko 8000 lumens mil jaynge.
