So now that we've finished our journey of defeating every legend spirit in smash bros ultimate i decided to make a top 10 list. Feel free to drop your own most difficult spirits in the comments

if you use a spirit that heals you by vanquishing someone then dr wily suddenly becomes 75% easier

Baby Bowser was the hardest out of all of them. That thing made of the pink balls was also extremely frustrating, until I equipped Metal Face onto Ganondorf and used a heavy smash attack!
Baby Bowser is unfair bullshit incarnate.

I used my trusty auto heal + King K. Rool + projectile and safe gameplay
@@TheErikalovey Oh, I should have clarified. Baby Bowser wasn't the problem. It was the Giga Bowser that showed up afterward, plus the fact the entire floor was made of lava. Sure, I could just assemble a team that gives me immune to lava floors, but those come at the expense of being able to equip more useful abilities.
It took me using Celebi on Samus for a few rounds to finally win
I actually had a lot of issues with the pyra spirit... In fact i sadly still dont have it. 2v1, lava floor, and they just combo you way too much. Oh and they start with a fire bar.
Somehow i got 3. Must've been playing in easy mode

@@thatgamernoob5186 By difficulty i meant the one for world of light. Pyra is a spirit in the world of light. the difficulty of world of light changes the actual battle by making the cpu dumber. But there is no option for changing difficulty on the spirit board, making the fight at normal difficulty and not easy difficulty
I legit could NOT win Baby Bowser’s spirit battle. I had to buy him from the store because I ended up being too fed up with that battle.

I used kirby against Max Brass. K rool was trying to ledge guard and I happened to use up B to recover and didn’t make it but it caught The croco in the way down with a critical hit lmao. It went down with most of its hp haha, it was so satisfying
The sunspon one Was extremely hard I tried 20 times on it
And the last try I got it😄
DK and Lady Spirit is hell as f**k. I need to protect Peach, and I must defeat in under 2 minutes, and DK is Super Armored and we even have to fight 75m, aka the worst stage in Smash history!
You got Balloon Fight and Mario Bros and Hanenbow up there too
The best I did was up-smash spam when DK was on a platform and stayed on it.
A tip for omega ridley, if you use Halberd (obtained from funky Kong's Shop) its a piece of cake. but halberd is a great support spirit no matter what fight
Baby Bowser. I always enjoy battling him. Use Ridley Side + B and Smash attacks for with spirits. Use Side + B with Ridley and press X to jump if using no spirits. I’ve done it twice on the spirit board (no spirit that is)
You can beat Max Brass consistently with or without spirits by using Mario or Dr. Mario
When the battle starts wait for K. Rool to come towards you, throw him off the stage then as he is rising up use the cape, then as he moves towards you the 2nd time use the cape again and he will be gone
(This also works on Queen Metroid)
The bowser spirits are SO hard. Here are all the bowser spirits in my opinion, ranked by difficulty (Might've missed a few)
1: Fury Bowser: It's metal AND GIANT? AND IT CAN BREATH FIRE? *AND FREAKING ONE SHOT YOU IF YOU DON'T USE YOSHI OR KIRBY'S SHIELDS? FU-
2: Baby Bowser: You would think that bowser would be smol, considering it's his baby form. WRONG! BOWSER'S GIANT AND HAS SUPER ARMOR. And oh, of course, he can still breath fire and the floor is lava. Nothing wrong here. I just had to buy the spirit from the shop to get it. Also did I mention THERE ARE TWO OF THEM??? (Well luckily the first one is at least tiny. But it just means more damage that you'll get before the giant Bowser!!!)
3: Dry Bowser: This was hard even when playing in easy mode. LIKE THERE'S NOWHERE TO STAND! AND MORE FIRE? oh, and if you almost kill him, HE GETS BETTER DEFENSE FOR A LITTLE WHILE???
4: Paper Bowser: Now this isn't as hard as all of the ones above Oh. Bowser can be invincible to damage. He also has increased damage.
5: Wedding Bowser: This is SIGNIFICANTLY easier than all the other bowser fights. Thank god. Bowser only has increased attack. And if he kills peach, you die.
Ness and Lucas are SO ANNOYING. Know why? I won't talk about it. Just look at the Ninten, Ana, *Paula and the Articuno, Moltres, and Zapados battles*
Every battle that has villager will be terrible because they spam Lloid WAY TOO MUCH.
Lastly, Metal Mario has WAY TOO MUCH DEFENSE. I mean, I got Mario to 300% and he still wouldn't die.

I genuinely hate every single Ness/Lucas Legend spirit battle. I literally won because I camped the bottom platform when fighting Ninten. Also, mind you, I was a Mewtwo with a Fire and Physical damage boost, and it was still extremely painful to beat because they kept getting to the platform and hitting me, which usually left me very vulnerable to the Nesses above.
To the people who don’t have these spirits, I wish you luck on your quest to get them.
I beat calamity ganon, didn't find most of the others but crystal and willy rekt me
To be honest, the only spirit I HATED was Donkey Kong and Lady.
How you get Volcanion? I completed every single fight and never got Fire Immunity
One time I lost at DK and lady and dk had 0.4 health. I was so mad
For Dr Wily, I used Hiro's Bounce, Snooze, Metal Slash, and critical hits ti make it easier.
Giga Mac I used Isabelle with her side special, down special, and foward air.
Max Brass I used Lucas with PK Freeze and PK Fire
Fir Crystal I used Zelda with neutral and down special.

I fight sukapon quite easily because it’s a walk off stage, therefore I end up quickly won.

I’ve beaten them all except for max brass as I don’t have the dlc for that one. But does look difficult.
i beat omega ridley after my second try but i juked him into dying so i dont know if it counts
sukapon (pink ball thing) is so easy just ridley side b then jump right at the blastzone. i can easily clear almost every spirit by picking either one of my super armor builds (one you are so slow you have to roll but the armor is REALLY good and it does so much damage, and the other is what youd probably think of but maybe more damage)so id just get akuma spirit then use him to get black knight, a slow super armor spirit, and then work on getting gold mario
I'm also so stupid about the James MacLeod one I just need to use bowser😓

Pd: want to add some of the spirits i got problems, like the typical pauline, the boss, akuma, but also that stupid spirit of flying fish idk why. Also ender dragon and hero comrades were hard af
For me it’s dr wily some time you will get lucky if you use bowser and get spirt that makes you giant and get it fast enough you might get it

Even with Poison Immunity The Boss is very hard to 1 v 1
Only Sephiroth worked for me to beat ZSS
I would say one that needs to be on here is Pauline… yuck. That fight is just aggravating

Slackerz, have you tried fighting the Gruntilda spirit without spirits? Fighting that one with no spirits is brokenly difficult, in other words almost impossible. Surprising that the Dr. Eggman spirit isn't on here for that one is a pain in the pajamas.
Yeah i almost included that spirit on my list. That one can be very difficult as well

im sorry if this is mean i really am BUT I BEAT KRYSTAL TWO TIMES ON SPRIT BOARD the first time i beat her i used my sheild spacer and i still missed then the second time i saw her like two days later i beat her again andthe thing that i had to hit was so small BUT I STILL MISSED IT thats how bad at aiming i am :tip when fighting krystal only use ur sheild when she attacks you dont use it when like fox or falco hits you only with krystal trust me makes it alot easier and if u have the sherif legend class spirit definetly use it if u have it u know why
DK and Lady is IMPOSSIBLE for me, but the ABSOLUTELY impossible ones are DEFINITELY Max Brass, Baby Bowser, Hero's Comrades, and the frickin' Phantom Thieves of Hearts, ESPECIALLY the last one because by the time I get to Joker, I've already taken a sh*tload of damage, and his sudden Final Smash just KILLS me!!! And nothing I do against Hero's Comrades works even when I used Ganon and the weaken minions item! And it's all because of one thing: Each of the minions has a specific gimmick (Link spams his boomerang, Zelda spams her magic, etc.)! Sukapon gave me a LOT of trouble, but I finally beat him. Roxas was tough, but I managed okay. I thought Gruntilda was gonna be hard, but nope. First try on that, though I guess it could've been 'cause of Madama Butterfly. If you're struggling on that one, then that's my strategy: Use a primary spirit with three slots and select Madama Butterfly. Normally, the poison will damage you, but with the Madama Butterfly spirit, the poison will heal you. Now that can actually be useful.
POV: Me sitting at the end of the stage waiting for little mac to come towards me so i can throw him into the blast zone

I can’t remember if they are legendary or not but I had a really hard time with balrog and guile
Guile is a legendary Balog i believe is an ace. The Guile fight is absolutely annoying. 100% agree
@@NotSlackerz Oh yeah Guile, the (Flash Kick-Sonic Boom) guy right with Captain Falcon? He reminds me of Lt. Surge. I thought he was from F-Zero but he's from Street Fighter
Sukapon was easy for me,I had to hit him near by the end of the map before he could get back up and got him
Good thing I got DK and lady from online and omega ridely was easy with super armor

As someone who doesn’t main any character with good grabbing moves, Giga Mac is the bane of my existence.
I spammed Down A while bouncing on the side of the ring with Sephiroth to beat this spirit
It's easy if you use giant and metal spirit and weapon attack spirit and play as ganondorf and use f smash

One time i beat donkey Kong and lady and he fell off the ledge and then i missed the shot and didnt get the spirit :(
In DK and Lady, DK left the map and died in the 9 seconds.
The fact i literally own each one of these and can’t beat a level 5 in normal smash 😂
sukapon is thehardest spirit out off all of them because sukapon is good at doging and he,s to skillful and does so much damege
I just followed some instructions from Sakurai and defeated DK and Lady with nothing but a Launch Star and some wits

Dr Willy is easily if you used ness or Lucas and use their down b when the mega man shoot at you
For defeating Dr.Will I use Peach or Daisy because of the final smash it's so useful

@@PgPlayer-1 I was just saying that the CPUs seemingly doesn't help during the fights, so they're basically cannon fodder if they get hit
@@ItsFireTiger alright also does it matter if u have strong throws and still won’t be able to throw the enemy in the blast zone
@@PgPlayer-1 Can you phase through the stages of 75M or is that just on the Pauline one? So basically you have to avoid being hit and do damage as well. I always used Sephiroth for the Legendary Spirit Battles cause he worked beat for me personally.

Max brass was easy to ko until u get two know the pattern u use min min as the fighter for the correct way u supposed to use a sheild primary spirit against it um it took me five or six tries to figure him out then it got easy u supposed to use long range attack instead going close lol 😂
