I really like these designs! They all feel unique and look so different but do seem like something a nut job with delusions of grandeur would choose As for Duman's choice in fav animals; man doesn't know he desperately wants to be a bottom to a woman who can and will end his life

I definitely agree that they look too samey in the original show and I really like how your designs both distinguish them and it feels like they have a theme also.
ogron reminds me so strongly of those bodies in the water in lord of the rings! plus it didn't hit me til the end how these could be real fears you have about other people (if i'm phrasing that right) - gantlos is a toxic cop who sees himself as the law and his actions as always justified, duman is someone who could ruin your life in just one moment of thoughtless carelessness, anagan is the person who lures you in with sweet words and charm until they drop the facade and reveal themselves, and ogron has lodged himself into the uncanny valley as someone who's just Off. really cool! i'd be scared of these guys irl (except duman, i'd ask him for fashion tips)
Oooh I LOVE these redesigns; very much enjoy that Gantlos neckline of his shirt resembles the Mark of Valtor, like a nod in his design to his allegiances
Oh I love that Ogran resembles a knight almost to me? Idk it just gives the vibe of a knight, and that works so well with his themes of duty and obligation.
These redesigns are interesting, but I can't help but notice that Ogron is the only member that doesn't have any of that deep red in his wardrobe. Man is the of one out ha.
What I love about your rewrite is that while you throw the lore around a bit and change the order of the plot, everything still feels fitting for their respective season. Season 2 is my favourite and I specifically love that it focuses a lot on the relationships of the characters as well as fleshing out their world. A lot more slice of life type stuff happening. So it's just fitting to also have the villans represent that by being very human antagonists. You lure us into your fantastical world of Magix and right as we have gotten used to that you throw threads at us that suddenly take us back to earth (literally) and showing how our own world is just as full of villains as a fantasy world. Makes me especially excited to see some character development in Bloom as she grows to be an incredible fairy and how she might have a different perspective of earth now compared to the start of season one. In Winx Club we got some glimpses of that when she returned home and just saw everyone's aura. I'd love to have this become more fleshed out.

Tbh, I see Kalshara as having a weaker version of Duman's powers since she can only transform into animals. And If I remember correctly, Duman can change himself into not only animals but into water and even people too

The way you described Roxy and Duman’s relationship reminds me of Dr. Stockill and Emily’s relationship in the song Nothing based on Emilie Autumn’s novel The Asylum for Wayward Victorian Girls (if you haven’t listened to it I highly recommend it, It’s a really good song)

I’m very new to your Winx rewrite, and haven’t had the time to watch all videos yet so idk exactly what is and isn’t happening in your story. Ik in Season 4 Musa had a side plot of pursuing a musical career and being taken advantage of by the guy licensing her, and if your using that in your rewrite I wonder if Anagon could become the Music Producer using Musa to try and tie that plot into the overall story. I remember feeling like that plot line gets glossed over really quickly in-show, which it probably does considering Season 4 had big big goals, but making Anagon a music producer solves the problem of not knowing what his day job is, gives him a day job that’s pretty not speedy, and also makes it so one of the failed plots of the show is intrinsically worked into the story and would have to be explored. Again, just an idea, I am not up to date with your rewrite so this could be completely off the mark and u helpful I just had an idea while you were discussing and drawing him
Hello there Teddy and fellow community members. I do apologize for the tardiness of this comment, but I just got home when this video was posted. So I just got my chance to watch it and I just wanted to say that this video was absolutely awesome. I really enjoyed the redesigns of The Wizards of The Dark Circle, just because Teddy did a great job of giving each member of The Dark Circle more personality , as well as a way better look. I also enjoyed the lore/information about them too. It really gave each member more detail and a way better imaginative story then they had in the animated series.Plus the fact that Teddy made them each base off The Horsemen of the Apocalypse was absolutely awesome. Anyways, Teddy. I just wanted to say thank you so much for this video, which I truly appreciate and enjoyed, just because these four characters were my favorite villains of The Winx Club. I can't wait to see what is in store for us in the next video, whether it is a new Monster High redesign, Webtoon series redesign or The Gloomix version of The Trixs . I'm so happy to hear you liked how your favorite villains ended up! As for the most powerful fairies... hmmm that is a good question... I think Bloom HAS to be most powerful because of the Dragon's Flame, though she might not get that spot until she gets older. I think Aisha's morphix makes her incredibly strong because of how versatile it is, and because she has the kind of personality that lends well to a power like that. For my third choice I actually want to say Faragonda. She may be old and we don't get many chances to see her fight, but she's the headmistress of Alfea so I feel like she must be pretty powerful. Or at least was in her prime.

I love these guys , my favorite villains shame they never appeared again. Ogron was a great and charismatic evil leader, Gantlos was the brute of the group, Anagan was the speedy cocky guy and Duman was the arrogant "oh look at me i can morph into every animal". To let you all know Ogron was the 1st villain to commit homicide
unrelated to the video content itself, i just wanted to mention your winx club videos have helped me out of a big art block funk i’ve been in and inspired me to try drawing again!! its a slow process but your videos of your process plus the cool lore you come up with really helped to inspire me :3 so thank you for that!! your videos are always lovely as well!
They are all pretty cool but the way you described Ogron is chilling. I feel like by meeting them on the battlefield he isn't the one you would be immediately intimidated by, maybe he could even come across as weak given his sickly appearance, but the moment you make eye contact with this man and you would feel chills down your spine

Wonderful video per usual! I've read that the Wizards of the Black Circle are supposed to represent the four evils of humanity: Greed, envy, destruction, and hatred. Their unique powers, though otherwise perhaps seemingly random, match up with the vice they represent. Gantlos' powerful vibration waves inflict massive destruction, and Duman's ability allows him to take on the forms of others (just as envy entails wanting that which is not ours). I think Ogron's power is particularly interesting. His power is not simply absorption, but the ability to amplify and redirect attacks. Hatred thrives on a cycle of vengeance that only grows stronger unless someone steps up to break said cycle. This theme is obviously central to the season as a whole, but also to Ogron's powers. Just as hatred takes damage and turns it into even more hate to direct back, Ogron grows stronger with every attack from the enemy and uses their own power against them. With this being said, I feel like Anagan's power is the only one that doesn't really match up. I'm sure you could make some connections between superspeed and greed, but it would be more of a stretch than the explicit relationships illustrated by the other wizards and their powers. Just something interesting to think about! The Wizards of the Black Circle are my favorite Winx villains, and I think you really did them justice!
Honestly, Gantlos is the most impressionable to me because he looks older, if his wrinkles/lines on his face are anything to go by. He also reminded me of the Undertaker (WWE) because of his hat. In my opinion, he's the most threatening, especially if he doesn't talk often. He can just stand there and look creepy. Bonus if he's stronger than Ogron but intentionally hides it, including letting Ogron take the position of leader.
I'm going to be honest, the wizards designs weren't bad, could they have been brushed up on.. yes, but they had a solid concept in mind. None the less, @Ghosts Probably, I like your take on the re-designs and lore, It's very creative.

Duman- Are people who do things impulsively doing what makes content and ignoring the chaos the strife sometime they do it willingly in other words people who liked to entertain themselves in the expance of others, like a bully of sorts that you have in school. Anagan- The prince charming the man of your dreams the lovers of your life who you thought were your true love but only to tse they were just a player a charlaton how toyed your feelings, basicly people who you thought were the lovely person turned out to something rottan and make you betrayed and even lose trust in being vulnerable. Organ - the people who just don't care and only care about 3 pleople ME, MYSELF, and I, who turned a blind eye od suffering of others in favor of there own they seemed to be the lease terrible but just as worst. in other words apathetic jerks.
