I´m 11 levels above de server paragon level with 20% xp penalty, it´s a painful experience to get legendaries, unfortunally, it does not drop to often. Even with a little chance to get a triple-triple, it´s amost impossible. If you stay bellow server paragon there´s a higher chance to drop legendaries, this is very important if you class changed and need essenses to max it out.
Oh yeah it’s very beneficial for collecting essence. Wow bro that’s rough 😂 good thing for elite mobs and gold goblins lol
I’m 7 levels above server paragon and I have all triple stats except for off hand and that’s exceptional double but I can’t remember where I was as far as paragon when I got them, but thanks for this info, now I know how it works

3 stats upgrade are so hard to come by, some time the 3 stats item you need to upgrade is below 50 paragon level.
Two characters, one above the level and the other about 40 levels and on the weaker one I noticed that I am able to gain experience faster than before, triple rolls with doubles also happen
Yeah when I was way under paragon I was getting legendary drops like every 5 minutes lol but they were mainly bad drops. Getting closer to server paragon I find them much better
This system is so weird to me , also upgrading gear gives you only a few combat rating sometimes this game doesn't make sense to me , casual friendly at times then on other things such as farming set items ( actual good ones you need ) takes a long long time
It is it’s a big grind. The whole material thing is very mobile gamish it reminds me of other ones lol. But the upgrades really don’t feel significant

Data miners pulled it out of the game code. Blizzard never releases those kinda numbers themselves lol
what do you mean below the server alot of people are ive been at this a month im only 455
It’s based off of your servers current paragon level. Like for example my servers is like 635 and im paragon 619

You are not calculating correctly.
For the same activity you have exactly the same number exceptional item the only difference will be on normal loot much numerous. Its much more interesting to be low than close to paragon server level

@@AyCorey no imagine than you farm for X hours. If your are 40 level below you will drop 250 legs and your chance to have an exceptional item is 0.4% so 1 exceptionnal leg.
For the same time (Xhours) if you are paragon level you will drop 100 legs and you will have 1% chance to have an exceptionnal leg so 1 item.
U see for the same farming time you will have the same number of exceptionnal just the drop of leg will be higher ( so more components)
Thats why i am telling you that be lower level is more optimal =)
