Pierre Pincemaille war ein absolutes Genie. Ich durfte ihn damals im Kölner Dom live hören und erleben. Auch in Saint-Denis, wor er viele Jahre als Titularorganist wirkte, habe ich ihn oft an seiner Cavaillé-Coll Orgel gehört. Seine Improvisationen waren legendär. RIP grand Pierre Pincemaille🕯
@@AlessandroSistiMusic Yeah it sounds like there is an 8' Flute or Principal assisting in theme too. And the Marcia tempo with the reeds also includes the 16'& 8' Tubas which sound like chamades. That is a special feature on this instrument.
Incroyable, fabuleux, Pierre Pincemaille en très grande forme aux claviers d'un orgue fabuleux. Bonheur d'entendre une telle improvisation où la science, la poésie et le génie se donnent la main.
J’accompagnais Pierre lors de ce concert à Cologne. Encore une fois, il m’a subjugué. Alors qu’après l’avoir assisté durant la partie d’œuvres écrites, je m’échappais de la tribune le laissant seul à la console pour l’improvisation, je déambulais alors dans le triforium, profitant de cette magistrale architecture à laquelle sa musique donnait vie. Un inoubliable souvenir…
Buitengewoon , Princemaille was een geweldige improvisator met een grootse techniek Deze stijl sprak en spreekt mij erg aan .Jammer dat Pierre er niet meer is !!!!!
Un autre grand Pierre, avec P. Cochereau, deux improvisateurs de génie, maitrisant avec une aisance exceptionnelle les capacités de leurs instruments, à St Denis, NDdeParis ou ici à Köln. Organistes hors du commun...Merci pour cet enregistrement magnifique
