7.Cleaning & Lubricating Front Fork Dust Seals.
8.Cleaning Oxygen(o2) Sensor
9.Removing Rust from Fuel Tank if any

10.Adjusting Throttle & Clutch Cable Freeplay.
11.Reading & Resetting ECU,Sensor Malfunction Codes
( • Video ).
12.Checking Brakes,Brake pads,Electronic Items,Tyre Pressure,etc.
13.Lubricating all moving parts.

I guess by doing this service by yourself you saved around $500 excluding materials PLUS you're 100% sure it was done so you avoid being scammed by dishonest mechanics!

Being Rc200 owner for the past 2years ihav to say this is the best and most informative video especially for KTM owners . After my initial free service ichanged my mind to avoid service centre guys at any cost 😂😂and did all the services by myself , Ihav completed 10,000kms in the past 2years and have replaced the engine oil & filters 4times + airfilter once ithought my bike was well maintained but thanks to yr video , keep up the good wprk

This is quite a complex motorcycle to get into, great work.
It was good to see someone maintain their own bike (that too a RC which is complected). I work on my fz and I too have a RC 390. I am afraid to touch any part of the 390 as I fear I might do.something wrong.

0:36 You're supposed to use 15W/50 partial synthetic, not 10W-50 full synthetic. The coolant only needs to get changed every 4 years, not 7500km
Engine grade is more imp than full or semi synthetic.
Full or semi depends on your riding and distance btw services. A fully synthetic oil is good for about 5000-6000 kms while a semi should be changed in about 3000 ( also depends on engine and bike useage)
The most imp is the grade
