As a Chelsea fan, I'm embarrassed by this side of our fan base - we had an awful period just after Boehly and Co took over. Now Poch has started to build something pretty constructive, albeit inconsistent, out of their mess, and fans are still whining just because they have a vendetta against him. He's by far the best manager for us right now. He has a proven ability to build a young team into something far better than the sum of its parts, and I believe that any future success at Chelsea will be down to the foundations he's building right now. I only hope he is given enough time to reap the rewards

Gallagher is a good player and runs like a headless chicken most of the time. poch needs to go, bring in a Mourinho type manager with lampard and terry as the assistant who's job will be is to integrate and train the reserves and under 18's in to the main squad. lampard should then train gallagher and turn him in to the next lampard and then focus on jackson and train him to be the next drogba type player and we will have a good team.
mudryk should be kept as he's shown potential but stilll needs 2 seasons to bed in and get rid of sterling turn reece james in to a CB instead as it'll take the strain of him a hopefully be less injury prone
