to those asking why he doesnt play D2: he’s not a shill being milked by bungie for the most mundane content ever made. i haven’t been back since shadowkeep. if bungie made modes live again on D1, D2 would die overnight
Lol! Hating on D2 is taking it to the other extreme. I think it's more that the nature of a live service means it keeps giving us more and more content, until it reaches the point where we've had our fill, and prefer to enjoy kicking back on well trodden ground. I've finally reached my fill of Destiny 2, but that's not a dig at Bungie - they did an amazing job keeping my attention for so many years, but nothing is meant to be forever.
I'm too far behind. They changed too much and I don't feel like playing enough to try learning things I should. 1800 plus raids on d1 and 0 on 2 lol. I played faithfully y1 D2 and still didn't do a single raid because I wasn't asked to or didn't ask to try. I'll still pop in here and there for a little bit of fun but won't play long or really get anywhere.
I fell off d2 after forsaken. Gambit pissed me off to a new level that caused me to slow down my d2 consumption. I'm so far behind now and there so much difference I refuse to learn. I'll still pop in here and there but don't accomplish anything.

It's what I play most. Almost 15k hours, lol. This game has a place in my heart as well. I've been through a lot because of this game.

I've been going try hard lately, lol. I miss a lot of things like notifications and whatnot. Sometimes even phone notifications.
I miss shatter, and lance. Also I forgot how much I don't like the D2 blink sound compared to D1.
This makes me miss a simpler destiny pvp expirence with more primary weapon battles this prismatic hunter shit is corny

I don't feel like grinding for new stuff or stuff I already have, again on 2. It should be handed to you if you have it within D1.
