  • This is a quick vid on how to check nitrogen pressure in your performance off road shocks. This process applies to many different brands. Lack of proper pressure will result in poor shock damping and ride quality will suffer. If your shocks will not hold pressure for more than a couple days, it may be time for a rebuild.

    Qs, so when you checked your pressure, you let out nitrogen when disconnecting. Would it be a good idea to give it a little over 200, say, 205? Psi, I didn't see you add any nitrogen since you were at 200, but it seems like you lost some pressure in the resivor

      The "No Loss" chuck is designed to release the valve on the reservoir with out loss of pressure. The pressure you hear was in the line between the regulator and the chuck.
