If I'm not mistaken, these new levels were hidden levels that was supposed to reveal when you finish all the normal levels. Guess they changed that after an update. That's why Tyler(AliensRock) is surprisingly in the leaderboard even though his PolyBridge 3 videos were long finished before Matt's even reached halfway.
Edit: My bad, seems like it's not the hidden levels?
Well, the secret world is Forgotten Realm is 5-sheep difficulty and is unlocked after you have beaten every world prior to that.
Roll Top Avenue was a world added after the release of the game, and is a new 4-sheep world. These levels are completely new, so I guess Tyler played them but no new video.
RTA is not a hidden world. It was added in a surprise update that devs gave no teaser or warning or anything for so everyone just went "huh what".

Just so you know, those are not Scart leads, but 2.5mm audio jack cables.
Green is standard out (speaker/headphone).
Pink (mono) is microphone and often on the same cable as green.
Blue is line out.
