    Sir we have to do both surya and chandrabhedana everyday 20 rounds each right?
    So is it ok if we skip anulom vilom the day when we do the above pranayama ?
    Or we have to do both

    Namaste giru ji if we do anulom vilom pranayama will it have the same effect or we need to do separately chandra bhedi and surya bhedi pranayama. Guru ji please reply iam eager to know this.

      Chandra bhedi is half anulom vilom. This is to balance your anxious mind or reduce overall heat. If you do Anulom vilom for above symptoms it may not be that useful. Its like you are doing diet and exercises and then eating suger candies

    Hello sir. I practiced Seman Retention for 90 days.
    After 90 days I started something mischievous like. I feel detach from surrounding. Along with blurred vision .I feel like I'm not alive or not in my body ..
    Numbness in hand.
    Please help me to get out this.
    If this problem related to vrajya naadi ..
    Also tell shall this problem Will be shortouted or I have to face it for life time.

      Prithivi namaskar will help you feel grounded in your body, you can do this when you feel you are ungrounded. Dont be afraid meditation daily will help you become stronger
