Very nice insight to our EMS brothers and sisters in South Korea.. I was in EMS in NYC for 23 years, the bulk of that time as a paramedic in Brooklyn. Enjoying my retirement.
Great job to all of these workers, I thought it would be the same in other countries that as soon as you see the ambulance no matter how far away you immediately move out of the way or you get quite a hefty fine.. those people in the car hardly moved...
I was literally shouting at my screen yelling for people to MOVE! Haha
Well volunteer for red cross here .. this situation you can see in any country people are often in stress whrn they hear the signal

In Korea, do people call up emergency services by dialing 9-1-1 or 1-1-9? I always see the latter (1-1-9) in their TV programs and movies.
I believe it's 1-1-9 that they're actually saying, they just write 9-1-1 on the subtitles instead of 1-1-9

Sometimes you have no choice, like when moving patients in and out of the ambulance, or when they're driving and you can't keep your balance
