I want this kid to bust his butt this summer and come back not just a big scary dude but speedier and a net front presence that can do the Kreider-style tip in. Love his attitude, love his excitement. Hope he sticks around for a while.
he wont even be in the nhl next year
@@NickyDwhy can’t he be a solid 3rd or 4th line player if he continues to develop?
Rempe rocks
They didnt use him in front of net, another Lav screw up.....
Love this kid. The future.
Seems to have his head screwed on straight. Very good to see.
Continue to work hard kid! We Rangers fans are rooting for you!
If he worked hard on his skating this off season, he could be a solid player for us
It's impossible to not want Matt Rempe to succeed. I do think that he will improve his overall game and earn a regular spot in the lineup come fall.
Can’t wait to see this kid work his butt off and come back stronger than ever. He will be around this organization for awhile, and make a huge impact.
Rempe you took the world by storm. So many people that never watched hockey started to call me saying who is this kid in NY? Your years away from your prime. You will fill into your body more put on another 15-20lbs and you will be a beast. Idc about the fighting, big hits and be a screen with some speed, you'll be a ranger for a long time. Thank you for the memories and all the hype moments. You made hockey exciting!!!
Great attitude, good luck this summer Remps!
“I’ll be back”.
-The Rempinator
How can you not love this kid?
If he gains a bit of muscle and works on his skating he will be a massive asset for this team! I have full faith he will work his ass off this summer, love his attitude!!
He's years away from his prime. He will fill into his body more adding at least 15-20 lbs maybe more. Hes gonna be a beast for sure in front of the net.
@@DonPeppinoopatience with the kid will be needed for sure. But if he can put it all together he’s gonna be a terrifying 4th liner.
@@Rodz27 I agree and i hope he stays a Ranger forever!
REMPE!!! Keep it up & get back in the NYR locker room! We love you man & appreciate everything you bring to the ice!! LGR!!!!
How can you not love this guy.
It’s easy, you like good hockey and despise everything New York.
@@schmoneyyak I wasn't talking to you.
@@JC-ct7wp who were you talking to?
@@schmoneyyak Ranger fans.
@@JC-ct7wp oh well, public comment, public replies. Way she goes.
Great kid, can’t wait to see him again next season❤
Next year, a forechecking line with Rempe and Edstrom would be so much better than any of the marshmallow fluff we saw in Round 3.
Impressive interview work it Rempe we are rooting for you. My son wants another jersey with your number.
I feel like he really improved in the postseason games he played in, and can’t wait to see what he is capable of next season, love that he is gonna try some pilates 😂
I think the organization will give him every opportunity to play a bigger role. 8-12 minutes a game is about double his current ice time. He must improve all areas of his game, stay out of the penalty box, make good decisions with the puck (especially in the defensive zone). If he doesn’t take advantage of this amazing opportunity, there are many guys who will. I hope Rempe works really hard this summer and comes back bigger, faster, smarter. He already has the heart.
tbh the refs been calling every single little thing on him. So many calls that weren't even penalties.
Use warm compresses for that stye, Matty. Good luck next year!
THIS MAN IS GOING TO THE HALL OF FAME!
To come into NY and win over this fan base is no small feat. We see the potential, we love your energy, and we have your back as you continue to inprove all aspects of your game. You have so much potential to play a bigger role on this team. Focus on the details, get 1% better each day, be kind to yourself during this process, and know that when you skate out on opening night in October that MSG will give you the fanfare you deserve. Best of luck to you this offseason and I cant wait to see what you bring to this team next year! LGR!!!
He's a great kid with a great attitude and I hope he keeps the aggression, but will become a fuller more well rounded player who can score, make plays, be a true power forward. Thank you for all you did this year Rempe you're awesome!
A good kid.
He needs to be a REGULAR! I don't want him getting toyed with next season. Of course he has to EARN IT buttttt he's beyond capable and we are gonna need him with a reshaped roster next year.
100%. Gotta beef up the D.
Absolutely LOVE this kid. I believe he will work hard, and he’s going to come back better than ever. Such a great attitude.
Opportunity knock Matt…grab it!
Rempe for life. The preseason is gonna be huge for him coaches will mold him into a kick ass player total badassery
Knew I liked this dude... He's gonna be great
Bring it on buddy! This is your chance in life ... grab it!!!
Strengthen those quads bud! We love ya buddy
Needs to play the 4th line center
A power skating instructor, some time with Joey Kocur and learning to hip check will make him a more effective player. Edstrom, Goodrow and Rempe- twin peaks with a valley in the middle.
With Joey kocur.help . And a lot of hard work on his footwork . I think he be the next Bob Probert! Probert scored his share of goals. !
If he can polish his defensive game and become a rounded player he will be in New York a long time
Speaks up better and clear. Not like DJ Zib. Zzzzzzz
As a Rangers fan, We lost to a Florida team that was clearly better,
The rangers had 0 regulation wins against Florida in 9 Tries,
Regular Season, and postseason combined
Good Calgary boy.
rangers power play was trash, I would have put Rempe in front of net, could have helped nothing else was working
Work on the hip check!
Come over.
It would
have been nice to see him play more, let him run over the opposition, why is this such rocket science, and not one fight in this year's payoffs, and worst the captain failed to set a example this playoffs, new york rangers failed to find an identity to be a force reckon with, and passing was worst ive seen from any team throughout the year, and never stood up for there teammates, definitely not hockey code, when vessy went down they should have head hunted and didn't, can't expect to ever make to the cup with no guts.
First I want to pop that think on his eye, second I want to see him take the next steps to becoming a full time NHL player. I think him, Edstrom, and Gooddrow can be a lethal 4th line and PK unit.
Hi
wearing the right hat
Wtf is up with his eye.
pink eye lol
Sty in his eye? His sister must be pregnant.
Continue to work hard and learn tipping, like Kreider.
SO, You can be an immovable force in power plays, and continue to be a wrecking crew.
This is definitely a weapon for us. He can put fear into the defensemen.
