I'd take this over many other popular brands/models. I know nothing about automatic...why so many gears?
I assume for fuel usage. Okay you will get better fuel economy but if you are cruising and need to overtake this thing will be shifting trough alot of gears to accelerate but still seems like a good automatic. I Own the manual variant of this car and if you are buying the opel corsa take the automatic the manual is just a piece of rubber there is nothing of a mechanical feel. Engine is amazing especially for 3 cylinder.
This gearbox has a pretty short gearing, so its pretty usable to have the engine in the optimum rpm range all the time. 7th and 8th gears are overdrive just for highway cruise though. I have the 130 hp version of this with this gearbox and was pretty surprised on how good it drives together.
@@paupg97 ive the 130bhp petrol with th 8 speed never drops into 8 if ur under 70! is a sweet box tho and keeps u from being at the petrol pumps daily!! drop it into sport mode tho the cars not the same animal!! its like a yorkshire terrier on speed lol!
Very nice interior, but the game-controller-buttons on the wheel are a major turn-off... and the tweeters in the a-pillar look terrible too.
Really? The buttons feel nice to use, and I don’t quite get the game controller comparison is it because they’re circular?
