Double tracking guitars is a great way to get big larger than life guitar tones in your own recordings. While it's not all that difficult, there's kind a "secret" to keep in mind while doing it to get that sound that you're looking for. - Hudba
Great video bud and your shot looks amazing!
Thanks Burt really appreciate it!
I use all these same tricks too. All very effective. One additional thing I always do is hard pan the left guitar reverb to the right and vice versa. Great video. Cheers!
That's a great trick as well! Thanks for watching and commenting @jcwm01 !
Cool progression man 👍

I’m not old but I am a Dad and this channel resonates with me, thanks for the tips 👍🏼
That's seriously the best comment I've gotten so far this year! What other tips and recording info would you like see?
Cool, I liked the 2 guitars with 2 amps sound the most
That's what I usually my preferred option as well. Thanks for watching and I appreciate the comment!
Dad Rock, complete with dad jokes. Ima subscribe to that 😂!

Not To Mention..IR Cabs
Absolutely! Another great way to change things up a bit. Do you have any favorite IR Cabs that you use?
Or you could . Copy . Paste . Set eq different . And also tune one down a few cents
Thanks for watching! Do you ever have phase issues when listening in mono?
Nope, that doesn’t work.
Shortcuts sound like shortcuts.
@@travislee9662 exactly!
I did that before but it sounded funny
What about playing slightly different things on each track?
Absolutely! That's a great way to add some interest, width, etc. Playing a bit of a different rhythm and/or playing in different places on the neck are great ways of achieving that. One band I think is really good at doing that is Blackberry Smoke.
Do you have examples you think of?
