Thanks to the Neo Egoist League, many unknown youth players have turned into world class talents!
We have seen many players achieve awakenings and we have even seen some of these players outshine other top world football talents like some of the NEW GEN 11 players!
With that being said, which players from the Neo Egoist League have impressed you the most? We have seen many players excel within the NEL, some of them not even being strikers!
Players outside of attacking roles have been flourishing and displayed their value to the world. We have seen players like Gagamaru, and Aiku earn bids from highly renowned clubs by excelling in their positions.
This made us think, what if all these great players from the NEL were all on 1 team?
Well look no further because…We will be building a team composed of the biggest superstars participating in the Neo Egoist League!
To make this more challenging and fun, we created some additional guidelines. First, we will be only creating an 11 player team, so no subs will be selected.
Second, we must pick at least 2 players from each stratum, but we are allowed 1 3rd player from the same stratum. So one stratum will have three players to make up for the odd number.
Third, this line-up must include all of the NEW GEN 11 players participating in the NEL.
Final rule, we must pick 1 of the current Master Strikers to be the coach.
Now that everything is laid out, let's begin with our team’s formation for this NEL all star team.

That's probably the most disgustingly overpowered team in Blue Lock, the variation you showed in the video is the perfect balanced team, but having Marc Snuffy as a coach who can easily utalize Shidou, Barou, Hiyori etc is even more terrifying. I strongly belive this team might have go toe to toe with La Real.

This is a crazy lineup the way how it’s constructed, the chemistry, and the way it can move fluently is amazing and having snuffy as a head coach takes the cake to be the best team

After reading the recent chapters, imagine this team against a triple forward combination of Kunigami, Barou and Shidou while having Sae their Playmaker with Hiori and Karasu backing up Sae in the Midfield.
That would be a nasty set up

433 is the most likely formation but I can see Ego cooking up a 4-4-2 diamond with Isagi as the CAM, Rin as LM, Bachira as RM & Shidou + Barou as the strikers🤔
That would be an insanely strong and chaotic line-up. Barou and Shidou plus Rin could be potentially dangerous for both teams. Maybe they prove everyone wrong by finding a way of linking up or devouring each other in order to complete a shared goal. Assuming Karasu would be the DM of that midfield diamond as well?
@@hikikostudios ye I wanna see complete Chaos, and since Shidou will end up top 5 after the NEL they have to get him in the starting 11 somehow. But ye Karasu CDM, Chigiri & Yukimiya LB & RB, Aiku & (Aryu/Niko/Raichi) CB then Gagamaru GK. I feel like I left someone but that’s what I think rn

I see you tried to have at least 2 from each team, but you can def get someone better than otoya I think.
That is one of the guidelines we created to make this topic more challenging. So it had to be at least 2 from every stratum or it would be mainly just PxG, Munchen and Ubers players.

ohhhh this team steamrolls the competition. For the record isagi beat kaiser because he he’s a better strategist with god tier senses and vision - kaiser ain’t got those type of skills
Kaiser utilizes his meta vision to score more goals, meaning kaiser is far more better than isagi when it comes of st position (obviously) but isagi is more versatile as he thinks like a strategist ofc.
Isagi’s thinking and adaptation is next level but the speed he has been developing in the NEL is insane. He is MC so it make sense plot wise and it makes the story much more entertaining.

Thank you for the comment! Hopefully after the NEL is finished, we get a similar training arc before U20 World Cup begins. Another arc similar to the Third Selection would be cool to see! Players make different teams and battle each other for starting spots again.
This line-up has scary amount of potnetial. Everyone can do what they are best at and they can interchange and play off of each other so they can further expand their options. GREAT TEAM!

The only changes i might've done are...
Aryu instead of Otoya
And
Hiyori instead of Kaiser
And with Snuffy's mastery over this team everyone will link together
In this video, we had guidelines to use 2 players from each stratum. Thats why Otoya us starting and Hiori isn’t in the line-up. We wanted to make it challenging by having to use players from every camp.
Master Striker - snuffy
Barcha - Bachira, Otoya
Manshine - reo, Chigiri
Ubers - Lorenzo, Aiku
BM - Kaiser, isagi
PXG - charles, zantetsu
Extra Spot - Gagamaru
would rather hiori to replace reo with nagi but kaiser has to be there cuz ng11 so reo it is

How is nobody talking about the king barou?
He doesn’t fit the play-style, tactics and system we are trying to make with this 4-3-3 formation. If it was a different intended play-style or formation then Barou could make it into this line-up. Plus we can only allow 2 players from 4 of 5 stratums and we thought Aiku and Lorenzo as CB duo would be too good to turn down.
This squad is very good but Kaiser can not link up with Isagi so why don't we put Bachira on the RW position , Isagi in the ST position and on the CM position, hiori because he can link up with isagi and the other attackers like Charles

If it was based on solely skills yes, but we had guidelines to make it more challenging. Thats why Hiori isn’t in the line-up for this specific video.
@@hikikostudios I know this is against the rules but if he replaced Charles then the team would lowkey be stronger. Don't get me wrong, Charles is really op but his attitude just doesn't make him compatible with other players except Shidou. He doesn't even want to pass to Rin.

Also if we take into account Itoshi Sae then i will play CAM: Isagi and Sae and FW: Barou and Shido intead making a 4-3-2-2 instead of 4-3-1-3
Just to clarify, are you adding the goalkeeper when making your formations? Because usually the keeper is held in the back and formations are just for the outfield players. I ask this question so I can better understand your comment.
i would've been perfection if it weren't for otoya (he's not bad but not the right person) I say either hiori, or karasu, and just maybe kurona. chapter 256 leaks went too hard. Hiori's MV is really good
As a challenge, we decided to do 2 players per stratum so thats why Otoya is there. If it was any player and no rule, then Kurona or Hiori.

It'd be nice to see this without new gen 11. Also, I get the appeal of Reo being flexible but his mind set with and without Nagi (excluding the very start of the series) has shown how his performance in comparison to where everyone is currently in the manga is just poor
Wouldn’t say poor, with limited training he was able to act as center-back and shut down Shido some moments. After joining Manshine, he has shown to use all these playstyles into a variable mix.
@@hikikostudios poor in comparison to other players at this stage. The players who got accepted to blue lock were recognized as the top 300 strikers in Japan U-18. At this point in the manga less than 10% remain. Now you're talking about limiting it to 11 players (and you included 3 New gen 11 out of the 11 slots available in your list). Reo is good but comparably at this point, others fill his role better. Again, just my opinion
The list is really good the only complaint I have is no barou to to make it work you out barou where isagi is then move isagi to where otoya is

I think for PXG v Bastard, Kaiser should win v Isagi because he should be his rival for U-20.

One of the rules for this video to make it more challenging was using at least 2 people from each stratum. Only 1 extra 3rd player from 1 of the stratum was allowed.
Love this team but I would prefer barou at fw (my opinion)
Fair enough, we wanted to Aiku and Lorenzo CB duo since we can only have 2 players from 4 of the 5 stratum. Plus we had to include Kaiser in the starting line-up as well so the other two spots had to Rin and Isagi in our opinion because they are ranked 1 and 2.
I actually have a few issues with the concept of the video. The biggest thing is using non blue lock players in the team when they won’t be able to be on the U-20 team. So Lorenzo and Charles should be excluded and would have changed the team drastically
The arbitrary decision to include Atleast 2 from every team is also strange to me. Of course Bachira would be on the team but otoya is really underperforming.

Why otoya?
One of our selection guidelines was choosing at least 2 players from each stratum. Bachira had to be picked and Otoya is his best partner in FC BARCHA.

the fact that u dont put barou in the lineup is just wild barou is better than isagi and before u guys blab on isagi meta vision and playmaking ability the team has charles reo bachira and rin one of the best players in terms or playmaking and some of them are even better than the others...what they need is a pure goalscorer in the front 3 kaiser rin and barou are the best front 3
Barou isn’t better than Isagi in the story. We made the decisions we believed to be beat fitting for this play-style and tactics. If we wanted to use a different formation and play-style then Barou could be selected like a 4-5-1 or 4-4-2. But for this system, its no Barou because Kaiser x Rin x Isagi has better capabilities in a 4-3-3.
