God damn man, why is merch from CZcamsrs so expensive? When I go to concerts and I'm buying a band's hoodie for $40 and they are lasting for around 5 yrs I don't get it. Before anyone says oh that was 5 years ago I picked up 2 a few weeks ago and got them both for $75.
Yeah you may be making more per purchase but I feel like more people would be willing to buy them if they were more reasonably priced, that's more money for you and more advertising. Seems like selling them for a more reasonable price makes sense.

So while other teams couldn't see a damn thing in the finals, I could, as could another good player on our team. and that was all we needed to dominate. Visible light intensifiers/modifiers don't work if there is no visible light. Also people confuse "night vision" (light intensifiers/modifiers) and IR (infrared) a lot. Most modern militaries use IR on their vehicles since they are usable in even no light situations and longer ranges but they can only see thermal differences so usually you can't see lettering or decals and you can't see through windows.

Yeah they work for driving at night, because the glasses enhances the contrast at night. Why? Well, because with the color yellow our eyes van see the most contrast.
And blocking all other colors makes seeing things like the white lines on the roads pop out more than normal. And filters a lot of strenght from headlights.
Most of them even the cheap ones have polaroid lenses aswell. Zo like polaroid sunglasses, the glare from reflection from water on the road wil disappear.
Funny way to check if your sunglasses of night vision glasses have polaroid?
Hold them in front of a phone and turn them 90 degrees. If nothing happens they are not polaroid.

The yellow filters reduce the blue light glare, but they also reduce the overall light entering your eye so you see less. There's probably situations where it's beneficial such as highly lit areas with a lot of white/blue/high energy light. Quality glass versions should be better if you suffer problems from glare.
If it's really a problem get normal glasses with an anti-glare coating, they work for all light sources, day and night.

I have seen both the Clapper and the Amazing Elastic Bubble commercials in the 80s or 90s. I also remember when Bell and Howell made 8 and Super 8 movie camera and projectors. The Tac glasses commercial shows a special forces guy with a gun out shooting. No special forces member would wear reflective glasses like that

Oh my gosh... I remember those elastic bean things! To this day I remember the chemical smell of those... ick. LOL. We got my grandparents a clapper way back in the 80's... I don't think they thought it was funny at the time, but later on in life we discovered they were using it after all! ha ha! Also... love that bunny that scooted past. :)

I remember my parents bought The Clapper back in the 90’s. It wasn’t a “smart” device in that it could tell the difference between a clap and say a conversation. The Clapper would cause the lights to go on and off and on and off as you had a normal conversation.

That visor for daytime+nighttime driving, clip it on the other way so when you pull one down, push the other one towards the front so it won't hit your head. The air hawk may be slower than expected but they are talking use for an emergency, say you were on a thru way+your tire lost air pressure, the air hawk would allow you to put enough air in the tire to get to a gas station,so you can get it fixed properly, start thinking long term

Tyler, love the videos btw, I am sure someone else pointed it out but I can't find the comment. BUT just so you know you are bombarded by UV at night and people have even got what is called "moonburn" which is a sunburn from moonlight, also happens to be the name of a band. While most people don't wear sunscreen at night the UV rays can still affect you. Not saying this makes the Night vision glasses better or anything just pointing that out.

Those glasses are really good for driving in heavy snow, Bright yellow works better. I live in buffalo and when there is heavy lake effect snow yellow or bright green glasses block the glare off the snow so you can see through it, help in fog too. They are not night vision, they block glare and reflection from headlights.

It makes the high beams from other cars not hit as hard in my eyes. When it is darker with woods covered areas, it does make it harder to see though. I think it really depends on how sensitive your eyes are with certain colored lights.

Back in the late 80's, I worked at a discount store. Around Christmas time, they got a shipment of Clappers in and set up a display for them, near the checkout area. They had a bunch of lamps connected to one, so that when anyone clapped, it would turn them all on or off.
Right around this time I caught a really bad cold, that I was having a lot of trouble shaking. And that was when I discovered that the Clapper turns on/off with other sounds, too. Every time I coughed, the lights turned on or off.
That's when I decided that I never wanted to own one. Just imagine what it would be like having a cold and trying to sleep at night, with the lights turning on every time you coughed.
The Clapper was right up there with those keychains that beep when you whistle, and also beeps whenever your kid laughs or gets excited, and her already squeaky voice rises a few octaves.

Anyone else think the clapper is terrifying? Imagine just sitting in bed, on your phone or reading a book, something catches your eye from the corner of your room. You decide to lower your book/phone and there's a demon or something staring at you, as you're frozen with fear you hear the most horrifying noise... two slow claps. As you hear this noise the lamp beside you, which also happens to be the only light source in the room shuts off immediately and you're left in the dark for a matter of moments before you either clap twice or rush to turn on another light source.

Regarding the clapper: some dog barks have the cadence to activate the clapper. Imagine visiting your in-law's and their house of yippy dogs. They had all their living room lights hooked up to clappers. Yip Yip Yip Yip makes the lights constantly go on and off. The in-laws continued their activities like nothing was wrong. I sat there with the constantly blinking lights wondering if I was the crazy one.
