Cute 😍, For your health eat oranges at least twice a week, don't drink drinks with ice, if you can make your own fresh chi tea w/ real ginger, clove, cinnamon. The ginger really helps me in the cold weather. Take care & feel better soon 💕

Val! Love the videos. I have been hearing you talk about your tremor. The shaking in your hands. That could be a neurological thing or it could be something like Graves’ disease, which is a thyroid condition. You should probably go get that checked, especially if you have high anxiety, palpitations in your heart, if you are starving all the time, if you poop a lot! 😂 those are some of the symptoms with Graves’ disease. It could explain why you’re getting sick all the time too your thyroid is messed up. If you do go and they suspect thyroid disease have them check your antibodies not just your TSH because they will try to just check your TSH and it could be normal and you could have something still wrong because Graves disease is an auto immune disease. When I first had it, it was so bad and I was talking really fast kind of like you do lol and shaking and my heart was going crazy. It was really scary. So if you were suffering from any of those symptoms you should get checked. ❤ (Wendy Williams famously has this)

It may not be your actual immune system. It’s the weather, the environment, the food etc. try drinking some hot water every morning when you awake to wash the overnight mucous and bacteria to your stomach to be discarded. Also, I’m not sure what state you’re in but if you’re going to the gym and it’s cold out your pours are open and that’s also how you catch colds. Love and light and love the nails!!
Sorry to hear you have been getting sick :( If you have had rona, it can hinder immune system and response for a long time. That's why so many are currently in a cycle of getting sick. I'd recommend masking up when you go out shopping and washing hands to minimize the risk of catching something. Let's stay safe guys!
I have no advice but damn I keep getting sick too 😩 for me it's because I watch my niece and nephew regularly and kids are just germ magnets lol. It's so annoying being sick so often 😩

I love your videos. I have learned so much. I'm so sorry that your sick. I've heard that some of the polishes can cause flu like symptoms. My husband had a weak immune system and he takes emergence c. He swears by it. Hope that helps. I've noticed that you use sculpted nails some. Is there a difference when measuring for them versus a more natural nail?
BEAUTIFUL ❤❤ IMO Zinc & Vitamin C are good to take on top of your daily vita. 4 the gym hand sanitize and wipe machines down before you use them. glad to have another motivator I wish we could hold each other accountable for working out 🏋️♀️
