No lowkick, no knee... it's difficult for Kyokushin guy
Low kicks to the calves, but not the upper leg (thigh) unfortunately. But yeah no use of knees in this ruleset is a shame. I think if a technique is present in official Kata, it should be allowed, as long as it’s interpretation isn’t too dirty (like if it implies pulling their into an elbow where you hit the back of their head or something, or like knife handing their eye)

I would say that punch to the face is biger problem for kykushin fighter then knee or low kick restrction
