Hi Tom, the brake and clutch fluid flush I carried out on my Tenere went really well thanks to you and your video. If you get round to flushing your XT1200's radiator could you make a video of the procedure please. It looks simple apart from removing the top up bottle which seems very fiddly. Best Regards

Man I'm glad you tackled the clutch at the end. It inspired me to do it today after I finished the brakes (otherwise I probably would not have). The fluid was rank! I don't think it had ever been changed by the previous owner. I cycled fresh LiquiMoly DOT-4 through the clutch circuit 10 times. It made a huge difference. So, thanks!

@@TomsTinkeringandAdventures I got the air out of the clutch system the regular way pulling on the clutch lever. I think I had to do it 3-4 times to get the air out completely. I do not recommend using the Mityvac on the clutch. The reservoir is just too small for that.

Great video. Question, I had my throttle bodies synced at cruising RPM’s in stead of idle. I have a vibration in the shifter side foot pegs. So another way to bleed the ABS system, after you do a primary rear and front refreshment fluid is to go for a little ride and make the abs jump?? Like doing hard extreme brake uses so that the fluid ínside the abs pump runs??Or just using the brakes on gravel por so...Maybe three or four times I guess will be enough to make that fluid come out of the abs pump. And of course again drain and bleed front and rear brakes, adding fluid to get the leve...Is that right amigo??? Ha,ha!Thank's so much buddy...Cheers from Segovia mountains in Spain...

@@TomsTinkeringandAdventures Not on the bench. But will do it again on the bike without the brake hose. I fear there may be another blockage in the hose or farther down. I want to bleed the entire system. I've bled motorcycle brakes for decades, but never with ABS. So don't know why I would need to bench bleed the master. Just bench tested the master cylinder and it works fine. Now to look for a blockage, I guess.

But then I saw the exact same... I mean EXACT same gun lock under your seat and I thought "Now that's just freaky. I use that same lock for my helmet lock."
