      @@melifter8897 the point of this exercise is to build aerobic capacity, stamina, and endurance. It is very impressive and it's not meant to "build muscle"

      @@khaledalkilani5832, so does swimming, running, and jumping rope. I think this thing builds your tolerance to dizziness and pancake flops.
