@@PupHyperFrost I'm not even from the UK nor Australia/New Zealand, I live in a niche little town in the States, and even I get irritated when they do that. Especially when they say they like the drag itself and give a queen high praises but won't give said queen a high placement and only a safe because they didn't entirely get the reference.
Ya it’s hard not to believe the top 3 won’t be from either canada/us/uk/down under. I can’t see it going any other way unfortunately. Ru and Michelle pick the queen most palatable to US audiences tbh

I just love you gals!! The list is great, but I’d really enjoy seeing Bandit on TV again. I was rooting for her on Thailand S2. But, well, I’m from Brazil and #teamMiranda since episode one of our franchise.

I wish Espana were still represented in the cast. I get they have their own All Stars now but we also have US queens appearing on every Vs The Wolrd even though they have had All Stars for years. I'm sure they could have had a Espana Winner or something to really spice it up

As a Canadian, I am so happy Pythia is representing. She is one of my most original, talented and kind/ down to earth contestants I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing on my screen, but also seeing her live and meeting her, she deserves this so much and I can’t wait for the entire world to see and love her (because we been knew Canada s2 didnt get its flowers) 🥹💕

I feel like this global all star is made for Alissa Edwards to get a crown, she is too high profile, and the other ladies are great (kween kong is my favourite) but I sense so much riggory coming :( . Keeping Fontana, Killer queen, adding an Awhora, Tayce or Bimini, add a past winner too, specially from the cancelled franchises, maybe it would FEEL like even odds. Not dismissing the talent of the selected queens, it's just looking it from a wide angle and knowing the WOW shenanigans. BUT im super excited, specially if they are filming in Colombia, because those last productions made here looked amazing, QUALITY

I like the idea of 6 episodes where nobody goes. The queens all know that this is definitely a crown for Alyssa. Why would they bother showing up for a show, only to get sashayed episode 1? This way they can have a chance to show what they can do for a world audience. And Pythia, Athena and Soa are all amazing, so i can't wait!

I love gala, she was my choice for the crown in Mexico (she got robbed of 2 wins at least), so I’m very glad we will get to see her again soon. Also I’m a little sad some countries won’t be there, but still very excited that we get a season this big, this full of talent form almost everywhere.
Finally, how awesome that it’s being produced in Colombia, lots of info has been leaking, hope the spoilers gets more controlled, but this news I love, gets me very excited

I'm sad that Killer Queen, Sedergine, and Fontana aren't there. They would have been fantastic. I could see Alyssa just adopting Fontana on day 1. I am glad Soa is there instead of Kam - no shade to Kam, but France deserves to be repped by a finalist.
Not trying to be rude, but choosing Tessa for Germany is wild. LeLe would've been a much better choice since I feel like she had a lot more to show whileTessa peaked with her lipsync in E1 and went on to provide nothing exciting in the four episodes after that...
Because it's so soon, some of the Germany queens might not have wanted to do it

As an Indian, I too blame the colonization.
They've built a season just to crown Alyssa. They should have casted even bigger names (They all are big names, but Alyssa is huge) It's just not fair.
It’s not fair to either imo because who tf wants to watch Alyssa (mainly American fans/audience) with EVERY OTHER FRANCHISE QUEENS. I literally do not know 1 other queen in the cast and I’m pretty annoyed about it tbh.
All of these people (bar Tessa and possibly Miranda dependent) are all finalists, with relatively incredible track records. And even the weaker contestants have their highlights. It’s not a name game, because these girls gonna give Alyssa a run for her goddamn money. Trust.

i really wish they’d choose non-AS queens to represent the US in these global seasons. it makes no sense to have girls doing AS for the first time going up against a 3rd/4th time competitor.

honestly i love the idea of half of the episodes being non-elim. i think it’s great that the queens who flew from around the world will get to show their drag and not get kicked off the first week and lose that opportunity. soooo excited for all of the queens to interact. team alyssa, pythia, soa, and gala ❤️🔥

I loved both the rumored and the official cast, but I wish they would be more open to having more queens from a franchise. Also, I hope they still consider queens from cancelled franchises, they deserve a little more spotlight too, and there are fierce queens in those franchises.

I wonder to which degree selection was impacted by knowing and being fluent in English? And if this impacted the franchises selected? Or will there be translators? I would love if Global All Stars was actually multilingual! At least confessionals! Being funny in your second/third language is so hard! AND, As a Gloria said “You have no idea how funny I am in Spanish!”….

Just so someone talks about Sweden in the comments too: I like Vanity (and yes, she was top 3 alongside Fontana and Admira), but I'd have loved to see Elecktra. She could probably hold her own on the comedy front too, her talent show number became a huge viral hit here :)
I’m soooo happy that Sweden is being represented here, it’s one of my favourites of the franchise. Vanity is a great pick tbh, especially if the extra budget was awarded to the queens I’m very curious to see what she will do

I am TERRIFIED for the international queens getting their drag judged by the American judges. They don't tend to do the research or familiarize themselves with references and culture so I don't know how this competition will be fair to be honest.
I can already smell the deliberate disregard of their motifs from the judges
