Why public is very much interested in Bike Taxi?
It is only auto drivers behaviour
They don't put meter,
They demand 2 to 3 times charges.
They don't come to certain residential location
So we are preferring Rapido Bike.
This is the right time for government to take proper decision to legally approve Bike Taxi for single riders public interest.
For auto government should fix 7 rupees per km and make compulsory meter in every auto.
Necessary action to be taken against auto drivers if they don't put meter.
Government should develop Auto App for auto drivers and follow only charges as per government auto App.
Problem will be solved,
Will government consider lakhs of public opinion like me and take decisions.???
Auto drivers should charge reasonable amount from passengers than people will not prefer bike taxis
True but these auto guys charge too much, even if the fare is fixed and we get struck in traffic they'll even charge of that also.
Just now 7 autos denied the drop location while 3 others asking 2x fare. This is for a ride within 6 kms in the heart of the city.
Charging more than 40rs per km, In case of morning rides from majestic or during rain they ask 4x and more.
The union must ask their drivers to stop the loot before going on strike against better alternatives.
